I almost slipped and fell on their disgusting greasy floor in the lobby. Most of the staff were standing around laughing and joking when they could’ve spent their time cleaning the floor to avoid someone slipping and falling leading to a lawsuit. Cleanliness is in the gutter and they need to spend more time getting the floor clean enough to walk on. I have a bad back and a fall from the neglect of cleanliness would’ve put me in a bad situation.

I stopped in here so that I could hopefully use the bathroom and get a bite to eat. I would like to make sure I use the facilities before eating, as I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could use the restroom just straight up no, not a. You can use a restroom if you order some food or they're down for maintenance, when I asked all I was told was no. And the way he was so rude caused me and three other people to leave because for some reason that person decided that nobody could use the restrooms. I will say one of the three restrooms this restaurant has did have a sign that said closed remodel. I ate at this restaurant before chatted with the manager who was absolutely nice and was allowed to use the restroom without issue.

They were out of everything as always and also I’ve never ever in my life got ID at a fast food restaurant employee said they have to ID to match my debit card for order over $25 everything on there menus is over $25 why do I need to show my ID for food it’s not a bar.

I had a great time at Jack in the Box! The food was tasty — everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff treated us well; they were friendly, quick, and polite. The atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable, so we enjoyed our meal without any rush. It’s nice that even simple fast food can feel welcoming and satisfying. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and pleasant meal — we’ll be back for sure!

Slowest drive thru ever and slowest pick up online order. Only 2 ppl working. 2 teens that looked overwhelmed and confused like they didn't know how to make food or help guests. Needs an overhaul smh 🙄

Have no idea whats going on with this location, but i can only imagine it will go out of bsuiness soon. Been waiting over 35 minutes for 2 shakes. Still waiting as I write this. I have no idea how any crew operates like this and keeps a business open. This is the norm here.

I was appalled by the behavior of the shift manager, Alyssa, on 8/4/25. After I asked for the restroom code not for myself but a woman in front of me who was also a paying customer, Alyssa began swearing and speaking disrespectfully about me and her staff. Her conduct was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a leadership role. I would not recommend this location until management addresses this serious issue.

I seen the fella taking orders was clearly overworked and it unfortunately came out of his tone while he handled 3 people's worth of work. It seemed to be him and the cook alone and they were moving it right along but that fella and the cook probably need a raise or they aren't staying too long I'm certain lol. But they were good aside from sounding less than patient. And he was much more polite after the sight of kids brought to light our lengthy order. It was all good. I just hate to see anyone working too hard in customer service rolls. It's not good for them and it shows to the customers. Take care of your staff and they will bring in more money every time.

I can't believe we spent $72 on food from this place. Four meals, for a family of 4. No add ons, nothing special. You have to ask the workers to unlock the bathrooms, and the place feels very greasy. This place needs a visit from the health department.
