This is the lovely view while waiting in the drive-thru. I waited over 20 minutes for the two cats ahead of me to tell the person at the window I had a mobile order because she couldn't hear me over the speaker even if I yelled. I don't like yelling at a speaker box. Food was good though.

I ate there on 56th and pacific now I’m sick, called them , they kept hangin up on me, very rude when they did talk to me, the oil tasted old. Stay away, from there. I will not returnin , steer frm this location , unless u want to get sick, im gng to talk to corp

I ordered food through the drive-through. They asked me to park. I waited five minutes went and watched the lady giving food to the other drive-through people. I had ordered tacos and she was handing out tacos yet. I’m still waiting for tacos and the staff is very rude I mean extremely rude and the one lady tried to apologize and say I’m sorry I’m it’s busy and I’m frustrated. Well, you can’t treat customers that way I will never order from this Jack-in-the-Box again. I asked for manager’s name and she said no I am not giving you that I said I would like the manager’s name so I can make a report and she said I’m not giving you that very rude people they need to learn customer service

Sorriest Buttery Jack ever! Showed no love making this order. 3 buttery Jack meals medium size came to 56$!!! Had to wait…for this? They couldn’t use my gift card. My mom sent me to buy it with her cards then couldn’t use my Debit bc I didn’t have my ID..so I had use my debt card. I get all the way home and this is what I got? Damn near $20 a meal??? Yall trippin. We won’t be back!

Waited in line for close to 45 minutes, only yo he told to get out of line and order on their app. They made no effort to inform anyone in the line which was going around the building that they wouldn't be taking orders.

Just stay away from this place. Staff is very rude. I’m sure the food is just like any other Jack n the Crack. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I didn’t end up buying anything. I parked and walked in and after being ignored for a bit was told if I wanted to use cash I had to go through the drive-thru, after I was told I could use cash. I did get to listen to the foul mouthed staff cuss like sailors while I was being ignored though so that was funny. I’m pretty sure the manager or night shift lead was who I was dealing with too.

Went through Drive thru, the employee must have had problems with his head phone, he must have asked us 5 times what we wanted after each order 3 total, we asked 5 times for no ice in drinks, he finally repeated and said there would be no ice in drinks. We got to window to get food, handed us drinks, guess what ice in all 3. I told him, we were supposed to have no ice, he seemed irritated and overwhelmed while and we just said we will take them as is. He did offer in an obvious to us frustrated way to give us the correct drinks. Also,there was a special double bonus jack meal for $5.99, he said it wasfor the burger, I purchased same meal, a few days before and it was the meal total. Between his repeating over and over, we just wanted to get through.
This location has the logic of a person with an extra chromosome. I work as a delivery driver with uber and came in for 2 pickups and they didn’t wanna give me the second pickup as “they only allow for one delivery per driver”
