I went there yesterday to Jack on pacific and my husband and I got food poisoning. I am sure it was from there because I barely ate anything else before. Anyway, all I can ask for is make sure you guys use proper hand hygiene. I don't know about the products there. ?

Somehow always manage to make you wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, today I waited for multiple minutes at the intercom waiting to order with no other cars in the drive thru ahead or behind. Fries always taste like they used old oil, they charge extra for sauce, and the employees sound as if the company has stolen their soul.

I arrived inside the lobby and I was waiting for a while to order and ask if I could use the restroom. After a long wait I asked a store associate if I could use the restroom really quick and she rudely said yeah after you order something I mentioned to her I've been here waiting for a while. So I ordered a jr. Cheese burger but they gave me a bacon cheeseburger with half cooked bacon. Rude staff dirty restrooms and dirty lobby and in happy store associates.

Seeing we went there late around 11. Was surprised that it was open. Only one car in front of us. They were polite and we had our order fast and complete.
I do doordash and I have only been there once and I will avoid this place in the future at all cost. I don't know why people who hate their job to the point that they are so miserable that they don't even seem to hide it. It's almost like they live and breathe for one thing only. It's to create and share their misery with as many people as they come in contact with.I didn't get the employees name. But it's because of her I will never get anything from there. When I first came in they kept ignoring me and thou I made eye contact with her she just kept doing her thing and then when she finally decided to acknowledge me. Miss "horrible attitude of the year" thinks that only what she has to say is important and how dare i ask questions. Soo UNPROFESIONAL. I think any job where customer service is big part of the job she should stay away with this kind of attitude
