Much cleaner then the Portland JIB. But I swear the homeless seem to camp in or around JIB. Our cities are so sick. Props to the manager for having the cleanest most well run store in the NW. I travel a lot. Trust me when I say this is the best one when it comes to being in the cities.

I want Corp number. It was bad, food was cold. Placed our order, got up to pay at the window and sat sat there for 20 minutes. They didn't wrap the tacos, super grease, the sour dough jack were cold . The 4 guys in back was just standing and talking ,nobody was in the store, if the food was just cooked it should of been hot,not cold. I'm calling the health department. Over all it sucks.

Unfortunately the only decent Jack in the Box, in the area. When ordering at drive thru, consistenly got rush as if employees are annoyed to take our orders.

Got out of the hospital and wanted a snack, staff was very kind and the mozzarella sticks I got were really really good for fast food mozzarella sticks! :>

I understand everyone needs to make a buck, but when fast food is as expensive as a sit down restaurant you have made a mistake.

They have milkshakes at night! Though it costs $14 for two regular size milkshakes.. I love they are available at night

Sat here inside waiting forever and nobody greeted me at all and rude customer service all I had was one milkshake. When someone finally looked at me and I paid I stood for a long time just waiting for a vanilla milkshake and was just ignored the entire time! Very poor service!!!!!

It was so bad I want to give it a 0 but that's not possible so I give it a 1. Waited jan 12th 415pm waited for order to be taken for 15 minutes when greeted /I was not/ person told me order now when your ready in a rude tone . I waited over 25 minutes after being parked , they forgot about me outside and didn't bring my complete order bag was a mess fries were supposed to be french fries and gave me cold curly fries falling at the bottom of the bag , the burger was stale and was clearly not fresh as your signs says . The soda was probably the only thing that tasted fresh but I asked for light ice and I was given the cup with more than half filled with ice . 1. Poor service / not greeted 2. Waited over 40 mins with ordering and being parked and forgot 3. Food was absolutely not fresh. This used to be my favorite place to eat but the last 6 months has been horrible , dining area is trashy and trash cans filled and disgusting, the floors are Almost always sticky .
