The food here is very good, though it is quite overpriced unless you order in the app where you can get a whole meal for four people for only $12. I really recommend getting the tacos from the app, since you can get 2 for $0.99 while it's going to cost you $1.99 if you get them in the restaurant.

1st I came was once again told "sorry we aren't taking orders right now and it was early afternoon. Came back at night and paid 20.00 for a meal which included a dry not fresh burger and fries literally still were half frozen. When she ask me if I wanted to receive, I said no, next time I'll definitely say yes, because I have no way to get my order compensated. if there's even a next time

Usually I have a decent time when I come through to order but tonight I spent almost 10 minutes in the drive thru with no response and when I went to leave, I saw the worker Elizabeth walk up to the window with the headset on. So I turned back in to order, this time with 2 people in front of me that ordered and drove around to the next window. When it was my turn, I spent another 10 minutes with no response before I pulled up to the window. Another worker saw me, called for Elizabeth and she walked out of a room with the headset still on her head only to tell me that what I wanted wasn't even available. I've had a couple times where thats happened but it never took that long to find out. Tonight was just infuriating cause she didn't even apologize for the wait or anything. Giving 3 stars cause the food is good but that whole interaction was just ridiculous

The food is fast food, it's going to be just as you would expect fast food to be. What makes the difference at this location is that they pay attention to special requests to ensure that it is the way you want it, while being nice about it. I don't go to other Jack locations anymore, just this one.
Decided to get some food with my mom at 3:30am, all the lights were on and the signs posted around advertised 24 hour service. When we looked inside, we saw what could only be described as a tweeker waving at us that they're closed, and when we asked about the postage, she just ignored us and ran away with a wad of cash in her hand.

I’m sitting in the drive through right now as I write this, and I’m waiting on 4 tacos. There are 2 employees one is on her phone and the other one is just standing down there on the other side . Pathetic slugs move faster than this my mpg on my truck went from 22.6 to 18.9

I don't know what changed but it's finally back to being 24 hours and I will say it is such a difference like night and day. I didn't experience anything like in the past such as waiting over half an hr at the drive thru to get food or order is incorrect or things missing. I had to go further out to canyon but I will be back to frequent this one closest to home. Did I mention the lady at the drive thru window late at night around 2a was kind and sweet? She even went above and beyond with utensils packed neatly, drinks covered and in a drink carrier already. Mobile order went without any issues. ?
