Always great customer service and great beverages. Interesting names of things and the esthetic is really cute and calming. Little expensive but totally worth it. I recommend peach for the stars as is if you like a more fruity tea 😁 - and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t like peach flavored things.

Came for the late night boba after ateez and It was just what I needed! Even though the line was out the door at 12am the staff were still so friendly. The special masterpiece drink made with limade was genuinely the best drink I’ve had at a boba shop in a while. I wish I lived in the area to try the rest of the menu❤️🩹❤️🩹 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Service was great but the drinks didn’t match. Ordered three drinks and all three had 0 tea flavor. Had a jasmine milk tea, classic milk tea, and I had a sesame hojicha one

I love the da nang deluxe with a shot of matcha, and black sugar boba & crystal boba. It is SO GOOD!!!! Try it, it’s an elevated dirty matcha.
The girls are sooo nice and sweet!!! Today, I accidentally dropped my drink in front of their store because I was carrying my baby car seat in one hand. They remade it and walked me to my car. They are so kind and friendly
Pretty good place to hang out. I got the king brûlée which had bits of yummy pieces of brûlée and the flavor was good. Wifey got the classic. The only down on stars was the boba, it seemed old and hard not that good compared to other places. Staff was friendly and nice, cute seating area with lots of decor. Lots of parking in the area.

In general, I really love Jade Lounge. It's my favorite bubble tea spot in the area, but occasionally I like to have my milk tea hot. They serve their hot tea scalding, and they use a paper lid that doesn't offer a seal, so if you're driving it drips like crazy.
This is my favorite spot for cold drinks! But not for hot. I would say only order it hot if you plan on waiting 30 minutes or so to drink and if you're staying at the cafe.
