It is NOT a Caribbean grocery store or market. Having some frozen Jamaican patties and a jar of jerk seasoning doesn't constitute being "Caribbean". I was very disappointed as I just moved to the Washington area and Trinidadian by heritage I really thought I was in for a treat!

Food was not good at all ordered oxtails and they some kind of greasy gravy? Over the tails and rice and the j*** chicken was also disappointing flavorless $60 wasted. The young lady at the counter was personable and very nice and helpful. The restaurant was well lit and restroom were also clean the food though just not good I expected better.

I went here for Jamaican spices. LOLThis place is not worth your gas. I was highly disappointed. No hot food as the sign says coming in. I don't even know why that is there. This place is dirty and very questionable? Please DO NOT waste your gas driving there. You will be disappointed just as I was. I wish I would have read the reviews before I even wasted my time.

I phoned this establishment and the customer service was questionable. I proceeded to ask questions and he directed me to a website. I said no , there is no website. He was an unpleasant person to speak with. It was 11 am he said he wasn't open until 4pm even though the public information regarding that establishment said he was open. He said at 4pm he would be open. His customer service skills was appalling. I decided he was not worth my 45 minute drive time.
