Best location hands down!!! They always greet whoever walks in, they always get my order right no matter how long the lines are. . The line might be long at times but it’s a small price to pay for how exceptional their service is. They always check in with you while you’re in line so you’re not just standing there wondering how much longer before you’re helped unlike the LOWSY PUYALLUP LOCATION. I love the staff! I appreciate the cleanliness! I overall enjoy coming here, which is usually 2-3x a week cause the foods so fresh. This location deserves ALL THE STARS!!! :)

I love the Philly Cheese Steak from here. Lots of counter seating and 2 tables in the back. Most people get their sandwiches to go. They will build huge sandwiches and they have three sizes, small, regular (my favorite) and giant. The giant is large enough for two people or two meals. Prices are reasonable and staff is very friendly.

I was really disappointed in the staff. I thought I showed up at 8:45 to get a Jersey Philly cheesesteak. They tell me they wasn’t cooking anything else for the rest of the night. The grill was closed. Maybe they should change their hours. To 845 If they’re going to decline customers.

New favorite place to eat a cold sub or a hot one, i like the way the staff notice you as soon as they see you even though they are busy working they take a second to greet you and that really means alot.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but ordered 2 #13 tonight. The bread was so dry it cut the roof of my mouth and I couldn't eat the end piece. The produce looked days old the tomatoes soggy and wrinkled. Not very appealing and I noticed I don't think I'm getting the right amount of meat. Watched the girl make a regular right next to my giant every time 4 pieces went on the regular 7 went on my giant? Not 8 last time I checked I'm pretty sure 4x2 is 8. Also the time before they were weighing meat. I'm not trying to be a bad customer or bash but it seems like it is not managed very well by the way it's ran.

Jersey Mike's is one of my FAVORITE sub shops! This one is only blocks from my house and set right near the PLU campus. The store was IMMACULATE and the ladies making the sandwiches were friendly and true sandwich artists. I ordered a #13 on Garlic & Rosemary Mike's way with Jalapeños and their pepper relish! It was EXACTLY what I was craving.

I highly recommend that anyone who likes GOOD deli subs to come and give it a try.
