This was definitely an anomalous experience. There was only one person working. Consequently he was taking the orders and making the sandwiches. What was nice was that all of the customers were very patient and not acting like a hungry Sasquatch. The sandwich was fantastic as usual. I hope someone finally comes to help him.

Buyer beware!! If I could give negative stars, I would. We placed an order for delivery online before the store closed. They accepted the order, took money from our bank account, but no food was delivered. We waited for over an hour, tried to call but they were closed. Tried calling the next day during business hours but no one answered. Filled out the feedback form on the website and nothing. This is nothing short of theft and the absolute worst customer service.

Went to order food the door was locked at 5:30pm Online says closes at 7pm 2 guys and a girl behind the counter while paying customers knock on the door. This is insane for a Friday . Guess Jimmy John's doesn't want to make any money. Hire people that want to WORK!

Bread was hard as a rock on my husband’s sandwich, also very little turkey meat on his sandwich. Employee was almost completely finish with breaking down and cleaning an hour before they even close.

I ordered a basic sandwich for pickup: beach club, easy mayo, easy avo, cut in half, add napkins. The shop smelled awful; I've never been inside a JJs that smelled bad, and this was a really disgusting odor. And then the sandwich tasted disgusting. It was dripping in mayo and avo, not cut in half, no napkins in the bag. On top of that, the meat tasted low quality and slimy, the lettuce was wilted and turning brown. I tried to make myself eat it but I ended up throwing half of it away and I am NOT a person who wastes food easily. I used to work at JJs and I'm shocked they're now producing such subpar sandwiches. While they've always treated their staff like crap, the food used to be really, really good. So disappointing.

If you like Jimmy John's DON'T GET IT HERE. I love Jimmy John's as a chain, but this particular location is not good and does not care about it's service. I've been ordering here for a long time, but the last SEVEN orders I've made have had incorrect or missing items, even if I called ahead to make sure everything went through properly. I've been assured by workers "yep, we'll make sure it goes out correctly" only to have it show up wrong 20 minutes later. Never once with any of these mistakes have they offered to correct the order or offer any kind of compensation. If you like Jimmy John's DON'T GET IT HERE.

Two stars because the website was easy to use and the price was cheaper than Uber eats. However, after ordering and waiting, I received a call that the location was out of roast beef and couldn’t make my sandwich. I’m sorry, seriously?!?! Who does your ordering? They offered to change my sandwich or refund me. I requested a refund and ordered from Jersey Mike’s. The person never apologized for the inconvenience or said they would rectify the situation for the future; they truly didn’t seem to care.

poor service. it's the slowest time of the weekday and 30min after ordering they still haven't prepared the order. it was supposed to be delivered at this time...and I've got nothing...status is still preparing the order.

I was leaving my doctors appointment and headed here only to find that I was a few mins too early before they opened. I headed to my car and a very nice employee, I wish I got his name, came and waved me down and let me in 3 mins before opening. He was very kind, and made my sandwich freaky fast.

Ariel was the only person there. Had to do a delivery then come back and help the people waiting in the restaurant. She was so polite and was working hard. Ariel is a star!
