I have never in my life got such poor delivery service. This is the 2nd time in a row that this has happened. It really shouldn't take 1.5 to deliver a freaking sandwich and the store is 5 minutes away from the delivery address! I have reached out to corporate about this and still nothing. Advice to everyone don't forget to pack your lunch. There is nothing freaky fast about this location, Just freaky and inconsistent. Choose otherwise

Don't order for delivery. 1st time, they forgot my drink and chips. 2nd time out for delivery 30min and counting. Called said sorry they only have 1 delivery driver... my office building is a cross the street.... OMG ? really bad service!!! Never again ?

My Tuna Sandwich tasted like the Tuna Salad had been sitting for days. My wife also got a sandwich and was gravely disappointed.
Micayla the manager delivered excellent customer service to me and other's while in the store last time. Evan was my sandwich maker and it was yummy. I appreciate you both. Sincerely Farmer

Ordered a tuna sandwich and asked them if it had onions and she said no! Well they lied! There is onion in the tuna! Waste of money and time didn’t go back because I was home ! I live in gig harbor!

Come to this location 3 times a week. Today ordered online as I do all the time. Stood in line, told them I had an online order. A tall curly haired guy told me my sandwich was being made, had waited 20 minutes for him to make sandwiches for people that were in line ahead of me when I order before them online 20 minutes prior. Was late for work.

Avoid delivery, as there are never any drivers working at this location, and the mobile app won't inform you that delivery isn't available. You might get a call an hour later telling you there are no drivers. This location is basically dine-in/pick-up only.

Freaky Fast? My last order took 50 minutes to be delivered. The website will show delivered but you still have to wait 30 more minutes. The food is good but for a delivery order 1.1 miles away, it's faster to walk there and back than it is to get the food delivered (minus the mustard packets). Not happy.

Sandwich place that assumes your toppings.Ordered a giant turkey sandwich and wasn't asked what I wanted on it. They just threw some lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it. Had to have them take the tomato off, add pickle, and extra pickle. I still only got the normal amount of pickle. Then the giant wasn't cut in 4s nor was I asked.In response to the "owner's" response below:The last thing I will do is click a shortened URL that could take me to an unsafe location.
