Got food poisoning from this location today. Service was also pretty bad and the worker seemed like she didn’t even want to be there.

I ordered online and the app said they had received my order. I went in 15 minutes later and told my food would be started when the queue came up. 20 minutes later, still no notice on the app my food was ready. I went back to the counter and then they had my food. The app should have been triggered my food was ready. To wait 35 minutes for food ordered on the app was not okay.

Very nice but small restaurant. It was clean and had great service. The meal deal was very satisfying and tasted good. The service was quick, and the order was done right.

I went there on 7/3/2025 toward the evening to get a build your own sandwich. Thomas who took my order was great. However, there were two workers that were outside and came back in. Thomas told them my order and I could not believe my eyes, one of the workers went straight to making my food and I had to ask them to stop and go and wash their hands and they were shocked that I ask.
It was gross, to make matters worse there was a Hugh piece of plastic in my food, 1000% will never go back with that kind of nasty services I could get sick. It is ashamed because before this horrible experience I use to love this place.

Upon entering this Jimmy John’s location, I wasn’t greeted at all — not even a simple “hello.” I was clearly seen, yet still ignored. It took well over a minute and a half before anyone acknowledged me, and when they did, the cashier seemed like he had no interest in being there. No energy, no enthusiasm — just going through the motions.
When he asked if I had a rewards number and I said no, there was no follow-up or offer to sign me up, nor any explanation of what the rewards even are. That kind of service really made the entire experience feel cold and uninviting.
Honestly, I probably won’t be returning to this location unless I’m in a bad mood — because then the terrible service would at least match the vibe.
And while sitting here waiting on my food, I watched another customer walk in and the cashier who was nonchalant toward me seem a lot more enthusiastic to speak the customer that was after me.

Horrible customer service. Girl with lilac and blue color in her hair got my order wrong and at first wouldn’t take accountability. Fortunately her coworker who was making the sandwich stepped in a helped motivate the situation.

Ordered a toasted sandwich online at 7:00p and went to pick it up.
The guy at the counter tells me their ovens are off because it takes 45 minutes for them to cool down or something and proceeds to tell me they can make my sandwich untoasted or give a refund that takes 48 hours. This location closes at 9:00p mind you.
There was a line of 10 people and they all walked out after hearing there are no toasted sandwiches. Yall lost 10 paying customers today, you should work on that.

Just enjoyed lunch at the jimmy johns on 23rd in tacoma. Food was good as usual but there was another customer who was sticking his hand down the back of his pants and then touching multiple surfaces in the restaurant...including the prepackaged cookies! My fiance and I were disgusted, so we said something.
Sara, the employee with a great smile and friendly demeanor, sympathized with what happened and proceeded to wipe/disinfect every surface that man touched. Great job Sara! Thank you for caring about the quality of your restaurant and the experience of your guests.
