Just enjoyed lunch at the jimmy johns on 23rd in tacoma. Food was good as usual but there was another customer who was sticking his hand down the back of his pants and then touching multiple surfaces in the restaurant...including the prepackaged cookies! My fiance and I were disgusted, so we said something.

Sara, the employee with a great smile and friendly demeanor, sympathized with what happened and proceeded to wipe/disinfect every surface that man touched....

Micayla the manager delivered excellent customer service to me and other's while in the store last time. Evan was my sandwich maker and it was yummy. I appreciate you both. Sincerely Farmer

I used to order from the downtown Kirkland store and have to say this one wasn't as good. I know they do a ton of business with he hospital and whatever businesses in the area, but it was a bit of a disappointment. Will give them another go when I am down south again.
