I always love a sandwich from Jimmy Johns. I appreciate how clean they keep the stores and the food is always a tasty, generous portion. This time I just bought bread for something I was making at home. Delicious as always.

Came through the driver through and bought two sandwiches and two kicking ranches. Zachary was very nice but when I got home realized the kicking ranches were not in the bag. I called to see if maybe they could credit my rewards account and this is what happened……. A male answered the phone I advised what happen and he said oh I am sorry can you drive back through and I will get you your kicking ranches. I told him I was already home and would just like it credited to my rewards account. He said he would need to get his manager on the phone. She got on the phone I advised her what happened and that I was just wondering if it could be credited to my rewards. She said well it’s only $2.40 it’s not like it was a sandwich. Then she hung up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up again. I will make sure to never go to your place again. And tell all my friends and family to not go there either. Worst experience ever. For a manager she has the worst customer service.

It was a busy lunch time of day. Sandwiches took a bit to make but overall they were good. Bring a lite jacket if you eat inside cause A/C really works good! There is outdoor seating which we took advantage of as it was a nice and warm day.

4 star- solely bc I said Add Mustard, they typed Add Onion. Food great, excellent customer service.
Order the Mediterranean wrap, asked for chicken and I received something totally different. It's was some ham.. I got it to go and went back in to ask if my wrap was chicken . The Lady was a little snippy. She was willing to remake the wrap. She also blamed it on the staff stating their new and mistakes happen. At that point who wants to wait for another sandwich, already waited 15 or more minutes. Just get it right the first time or ensure staff are properly trained.

Food was good and the staff was friendly. There was a ripped up pile of sandwich bread on the floor when we walked in right by the counter. We were the only customers for the 25 min we were in there. Once we had our food, one of the employees was sitting on the counter drinking her water while chatting with the others. Then another employee walked over the pile of bread two different times and never bothered to clean it up. Cleanliness and sitting on the counter left a lot to be desired.
