Showed up 15 mins before they closed and all I was ordering was two cones.. person at the register literally took the person infront of me order and give him a cone and then told me to leave they were closed… how can you service someone infront of me and then tell me to leave??? I get rude service everytime I come here and idk why I thought it’d be different but I did and was disappointed once again. Maybe if you’re closed tell them as soon as they walk in the door instead of letting them wait and then telling them to leave. -10/10 would recommend

The store was unclean the lettuce was brown and the food was not properly handled. There was food missing from our order and wrong food given out. The burgers were soggy and the chili container was covered in chili. The fry sauce had a thin layer of vinegar sitting on top from all of the vinegar in the sauce. The guy being the counter wore no gloves nor washed his hands when handling the chili or any of the other food. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I tried to get in contact with the manager for a solution but you can’t even get a call through

I ordered a meal and received no fries but sauce for them, the lettuce on my burger was brown as well. I also ordered a shake and the guy who took my order failed to ring it up. I would HIGHLY recommend not going here and I won’t return in the future.

Hidden Gem. Their burgers remind me of In and Out Burger. I have been familiar with this place since I was a child and it is just as delicious if not better. From the coffee selections that taste better than other standard places, to the thickness of their milkshakes, to their delicious crispy fries and thick burgers. Even the location sitting in is nice and feels like I am sitting in a diner in New York City watching the busy traffic go by. Give them a try and it's better to sit in and eat for a better experience!

I made an order on doordash for the family meal that comes with 4 double burgers and 4 fries. I did not recieve the fries so doordash gave me the option for them to send me a replacement FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY BUNDLE that costs over $30, then when i recied the second order they ONLY GAVE ME FRIES and no burgers when that WAS NOT what i ordered. This store is absolutely terrible for that. I didnt order replacement fries i ordered the whole family bundle

I get a chocolate banana shake here almost everyday. Some of the workers are very friendly and nice. Some of them really don't want to be there but I've been consistently going here for the last year and a half and have been very happy with my shakes which is all I can really get because the burgers I get when I order are always sloppy and kind of gross. Besides that fries are good

Cute little old-school dinner setting. The place is a little rough around the edges, however the burger was great.
We use To stop by here all the time , if nothing else for 1 of their ice creams, Burger Quality used to be way better. They're definitely not clean anymore.The tables were so sticky.I was sticking to them, trying to put my arms down.Finally put napkins down instead. When our food was ready and we were gonna go up and get it. The Girl walked over to the edge of the table in front of us and then handed it over the table two s instead of walking it to us.walks over to the edge and doesn't even bother to wall it to us with 3 people in there . It was ridiculous. I wouldn't waste your time on the burgers anymore. I went to take a bite, Mine was so greasy and so thin. I swear shoe leather is thicker and the lettuce was wilty. And fell right off into my lap. The fries tastes like they were cooked in really bad long, standing oil, a bit of advice If you want a good burger, maybe pick somewhere else. I've lost all faith in this restaurant. Definitely will not recommend it.

The shake was runny and the hornet trap was full and so one was flying around they forgot to give me drinks so when I went back to get them the lady snapped at me and said I'm not taking orders for 15 minutes and kept repeating it but I was telling her I already paid for them she said well I'm going to the back another lady helped me.
