The worst experience of my life. They refused to make my son food that I PURCHASED because I was also working and picking up a DoorDash order. They told me I wasn’t allowed to DoorDash and order food. So I tried to get a refund and was told they were unable to do so and I am banned from the store. My bank could not do anything on their end same day so I came back later for a refund. I calmly asked for a refund but the entire restaurant was gossiping about the situation earlier and said they could not do anything. The so called manager came up while on the phone with the owner and called me an idiot and scammer. One employee tried to meditate the situation by giving me a refund out of their own pocket. I have yet for anyone to apologize or follow up. I have been told the owner is out of state, there is no manager & to leave a review. So please take this review into consideration and do not support a business who treats their own community like trash and talks to paying customers disrespectful

The girl cooking did not look happy, gave me my food and kind of glared. I looked in my bags I had about 10 small fries in each basket, I asked the cashier if fries normally come this small ( I know they don’t I eat here from time to time) she was nice enough to give me more fries that were already sitting in a basket in the back. Got home my fries were cold and kind of hard they weren’t fresh and no salt, they were brown, over cooked. My double burgers had no sauce and patties didn’t taste good. Tonight’s experience was not good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying food here if that girl is cooking the food.

The best spot on that side of town to get a great greasy burger with fries. Customer service is outstanding. I recommend this place as a better option than any big chain fast food place.

Jubilee Burger is the closest to In-n-Out Burger I've ever had Burger wise. Fries are delicious, but I'm a shoestring fries person. Overall, HELL'A GOOD!!! It's not the prettiest restaurant but worth the trip. A Burger fantic's must.
