Service great the lady was nice. But the food. I mean i know its a food truck but burger tasteless the tomato slice with thicker than the 2 patties combine lol and 2 time more lettuce than meat so you dont taste the meat and u just taste the meat. No flavor.

I ordered a double cheese and fries, they give me two single cheese and i tell him the order is wrong. He shrugs his shoulders, so. Get home one of the burgers is soaked i had to throw it away. Do not go here. totally trash burgers.

This review is for the Portland Ave location. Burger had tiny little patty, no grilled onions as advertised, and bun was old and cold. Fries were cooked into crunchy tasteless oblivion. This is a one star experience - the fry sauce was the star of the show and upped it to two stars.
We have been loyal customers for this establishment since they opened. Typical we leave good reviews and tip well for their service. Today we order as usual on the online app (tipped generously) and stopped on the way home. Sat in the parking lot waiting for the app say food was ready for some time. Didn't think anything of it because they are usually busy. After some time an employee came out to my car and asked if I was okay because I had been there so long. They said okay and motioned as thought they would check on my status as they went back inside. After another 10 minutes I went to the window to check on status. The reaction was oh, here you go. It had been done for over 30mins in a bag on a warmer. Food was ice cold order was not complete. Sadly to say we will never go back.
