Yeah I mean it was okay it's not how I remember KFC when I was a kid and a teenager growing up Miami nice to love that place is great but it's not the same anymore at all I probably won't not be visiting her again nothing was bad it's just boring to me I guess

I ordered the 4 piece special. The chicken was dry and refried.I ordered online. It was terrible. I usually order on Tuesday special.Bur this was the worst chicken ever. Free fries that was cold.

Drive thru workers were very rude and they don't take orders at the window one employee at the window looked at us and just pointed for us to park didn't say anything about it ordered our sandwiches and family meals and didn't get our drinks had to walk in and get our drinks very poor communication and very poor customer service on 1/1/25

Alexis and Karina gave my family and I over the top service!!!! They were so kind, helpful and had so much patience with me from the moment they took my order to giving me my food. The food was delicious and nice and hot as well!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received!! I was doing a DoorDash order and hit a button on accident on my end (I wasn’t paying attention to my phone) and they were so rude to me and wouldn’t let me explain my side of the story at all. Said I clicked was waiting for order for long time or something and that I didn’t even come in at all and I said it was a total accident and they said no it ruins stuff for them and that next time they will just cancel the whole order if it happens again. So I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all because the customer service is rude overall.

Rachel, has excellent customer service skillset every time I come to your location. She always makes sure my orders are completed and I have enough napkins and sauces before I leave. She should be given a raise in pay and should be recognized as a great employee ??Sincerely Farmer

It's no wonder why this location has such horrible reviews. I ordered 2 mashed potatoes & gravy & 1 large gravy. And I get 3 small gravy's and I paid $19.16 for this crap! I called and the girl says that is their large size with the black containers! So either the other locations are giving bigger portions or this location is just short changing customers because the other locations give the large gravy inside of the bigger container that the large mashed potatoes come inside. She said they're not allowed to do that! I wish I would've asked before ordering because had I known I would've just asked for another order of mashed potatoes and gravy since it comes that way. Makes no sense. Y'all are probably about to go out of business next because you're short changing your customers. Think about why would I have ordered just a large gravy if all I was going to get was a small one that comes with the potatoes, I would've ordered 3 instead! Don't go here. And the reason I didn't order any chicken is because of the horrible reviews. Plus I was asked to pull up and they'd bring it out to me! For mash & gravy?? Since when do I gotta pull forward? I waited for about 5 minutes. Smh...

Very pleased with the service received at 6th and Sprague. We call in advance letting them know when we want crispy wings prepared fresh, and they don't disappoint. The same is true for when we want pot pies.

The food from one KFC is the same as the next. What distinguishes one restaurant from another is the service. This location service at the drive through is terrible. There is little regard for those of us who order online and want to pick our order up and move on. I should be thanked for spending my money at this location. Instead I am scolded and told I have to stop at the speaker before I can pickup at the window. Even though the line is empty.

The food was horrible. Order 6 chicken bowls & more & none of them were near the same. Tons of corn. No corn. A tiny bit of gravy. No gravy. Very little chicken. Cheese curds were burnt so bad there wasn't any cheese left inside them. I could go on. The service at drive up was just plain rude. Talking over me & that's the reason they forget 3 ordered items. $83.00 for garbage!!!!
Forget fries, drink, & 1 chicken bowl. By the time you realize it your like screw it. Not going back. Just won't ever eat there again!! Oh almost forgot, they missed 4 items. My macaroni & cheese. Just went to snack it. Not in the bag. Disgusting!!

I waited an hour to be told they did not have what i ordered. They waited on the drive through line for an hour while I waited in the restaurant. I asked why I was not told they did not have what I ordered when I ordered. I was told that management does not allow them to fore warn customers about the lack of availability. The offered me something else (bait and switch). I declined and recieved a refund, but I wasted an hour of my time.
