I've come here a couple of time and the food is good and usually correct. My last visit, there was a mess up but I caught it before I left and asked them to fix. Abi apologized for the mix up and fixed it right away. She was nice and professional.

Today, around 2:45 PM, a group of Black children from Jason Lee Middle School were refused service at the KFC location.
On 6th and sprague)
They were informed that due to prior incidents involving other children, a new policy was in place requiring parental accompaniment.

Upon speaking with Manager Elise at 3:20 PM, she confirmed her right to refuse service as a franchise. This explanation is deeply troubling. These particular children were respectful, did not cause any disturbance, and even sought adult assistance. Despite their exemplary behavior, they were unfairly penalized and denied service, ostensibly because of the actions of others who share their racial background.

This situation exemplifies a disheartening and unacceptable form of discrimination that our children are being subjected to. It is imperative that this behavior is addressed, and awareness is brought to the prejudicial treatment occurring at this location. No child should endure such unjust experiences.

Seriously would not let an Uber Eats driver picking up food from them use the bathroom OR have any water. I have never seen anything more ridiculous. Uber Eats driver had their own cup and was told ‘you can’t use a personal cup for water’ and when the driver said ‘can I have a little cup and I’ll use it to fill my cup up?’ they told the UE driver they had to buy a water bottle for $1.99. How absolutely rude and ridiculous and outrageous. These drivers are helping YOUR business and you can’t even give them some water, which costs nothing coming out of your soda tap, on a busy Saturday night. Seriously? What is wrong with you.

I come here at next time when I'm working nearby and always I never had to wait in line because they're quick with it when making food. now the drive-thru is kind of messed up going through because when you exit you can only take it right hand turn since it's on the corner of a five-way intersection.

I gave this location two chances. The first time I ordered here, the order was not correct. Being that we order to go, and don't really check our order until we get home to unbox our spread. We don't realize how wrong it is. No big deal mistakes are made. Now let's circle around to our second order. This time we modified our order to make sure that we got the correct substitutions and were charged accordingly. Spending more money of course. I did peek in to the boxes before we left but nothing really looked out of place. Only to get home and find out the substitutions we made we're not correct even though we spent the money to make them. Just small things like ordering a five-piece tender and only getting four and ordering a two-piece breasts only I'm getting thighs. The employees here are very friendly but the quality control and attention to detail are lacking. I will drive further to find another location to go to hoping they don't screw up the order or I'll just find somewhere else to order chicken.

Food was pretty good, but it had a lot of mayo, which I could have done with less. The young lady at the drive in was complimentary to my tattoos and I have to say very pleasing on the eyes. Service was quick, not very expensive and their chicken sandwich is great.

I ordered online and they force an 8 cent bag fee on every online order then they don't allow cup of water or give cup of ice but you just charged me 16 cents for bags o don't need or want. I'm sick of these major corporations and their horrid practices and service. Guess no more pot pies for me!
