Never usually post reviews, but this place absolutely sucks now. Used to be kinda hit or miss anyway and I get it's a fast food drive thru and it might not always be the best, but literally everything was garbage. The mashed potatoes in my famous bowl were gelatinous and rubbery, like it'd been sitting for awhile and I got 4 tiny pieces of basically breading. The cheese curds, which are usually the best, were rubbery and squeaky like I was chewing on the purple Polly Pocket jacket (IYKYK). My root beer was flat. But the worst is the lady at the drive thru who takes your order. She speaks to you like you're at an auction. "What else can I get for you? What else?! What else!!!" I feel like if I don't order fast enough, she'll cut me off. There was no one behind me, and every time I've gone here and she's working, she rushes you to finish ordering. Idk if she thinks this makes her good at her job, since technically she is being really fast, but it's super anxiety inducing and uncomfortable. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Like how hard is it to give me marinara for me cheese curds. 5th time now yall didn't put it in the bag. And then a couple weeks ago yall were out. Now this famous bowl is normally everything to me but yall make it taste like burnt instant potatos and the chicken is pretty much the crust without the chicken. Do better please. This ain't hill top no more.

I used to come here when the black guy with dreads was the manger. He made sure my food was fresh and I would come here 4 days a week for food. Today will be the last time I come to this location. The female manager now has the drive thru people talking like her. Rushing people to make the order rude service. Employees displaying what I hope is dandruff in her head rubbing it before handing someone their food. The service has slowed down because they are giving people dried out chicken. I have chicken that has no breading on it at all. The biscuits are hard as rocks. I will drive to the Federal way location from Tacoma before I ever come back here. So they can act like people are pissing them off because they are at work taking orders which is there job but I guess they want to get paid to stand around and talk and stand outside and vape all day.

We stopped by to order a bucket of chicken. A female operator by the name of Rachell claimed to be a manager came on and was very rude on the intercom. She is quite sarcastic and indicated a smirky comment of inconvenience upon requesting the order to be specifically thighs and legs. Her reply: Did she cause an inconvenience before? We pulled up at the window, and she told us the total amount. I reached out to my card and turned back; she shut the window on us. She returned a little after taking my card and gave us our order with an attitude. As I looked down to confirm the order, she told me we needed to move forward. As a parent and concern resident, she should approach people with kindness rather than demanding. Basic communication training is required. We were trying to make sure our order was there, and felt she was harassing and discriminating against us to get lost. So, we asked for our money back, and she immediately refused, looking for an excuse to fire back at me and my wife. Her young colleague appeared from behind her, and they are now both stirring up the situation. We sat there as she told me and my wife that I had threatened her, so I would not get my money back. I looked up the reviews of this location on Google and discovered that everyone has complained about her numerous times before. Absolute nightmare.

She made it a point to make sure I got my food last which was really old .The biggest concern was the time limit on being ordering the food to get in your food. She wanted to pull up. She made a real big deal about it. She was rude, condescending. Just overall bad experience. Screw your store!
