Why is it that a fried chicken fast food restaurant, don't have no chicken wing? 🤔 It's in the middle of the day! This KFC is the worst, seems like the employee make their own prices. I order the same thing and the price is always different.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up and they said someone already picked it up. And when I tried to explain to them I didn't send anyone they said well someone picked it up. And when I asked what should I so since I'm now out 30 bucks and no food and the manager told me to go outside and ask the lady since she's probably still out in the parking lot. I've come here for years and never had this happen.
Yummy. Love the $5 dollar meals. Please please add a drink and keep the same price. Small is fine just thirsty

Sydney, displayed excellent customer service to me today and I wanted to let management know I appreciate her. I was there early morning and the food came put fresh and hot. Great job by all team members. I will be back with friends and clients.
My husband and I are in the draught through we just ordered $37 worth of food while waiting to get through the window I jump out of the car to use the restroom when I get inside it's locked I ask the lady at the counter if I could use the restroom please she tells me that I have to buy something before I'm allowed to use the restroom like that $37 worth of food I just ordered wasn't enough. And yes I was denied to use the restroom because I wasn't driving maybe I wasn't the one who spoke in the speaker I wasn't the 1 who paid for the order even though I was in the car with my husband therefore I myself didn't purchase anything so I was denied to use the restroom until I could purchase something and I was a paying customer
