Placed an online order and went to pick it up and they said someone already picked it up. And when I tried to explain to them I didn't send anyone they said well someone picked it up. And when I asked what should I so since I'm now out 30 bucks and no food and the manager told me to go outside and ask the lady since she's probably still out in the parking lot. I've come here for years and never had this happen.

Sydney, displayed excellent customer service to me today and I wanted to let management know I appreciate her. I was there early morning and the food came put fresh and hot. Great job by all team members. I will be back with friends and clients.
My husband and I are in the draught through we just ordered $37 worth of food while waiting to get through the window I jump out of the car to use the restroom when I get inside it's locked I ask the lady at the counter if I could use the restroom please she tells me that I have to buy something before I'm allowed to use the restroom like that $37 worth of food I just ordered wasn't enough. And yes I was denied to use the restroom because I wasn't driving maybe I wasn't the one who spoke in the speaker I wasn't the 1 who paid for the order even though I was in the car with my husband therefore I myself didn't purchase anything so I was denied to use the restroom until I could purchase something and I was a paying customer

So when I ordered over fifty dollars worth of food two days ago it was just Luke warm they had an attitude that I would prefer hot food. When I got home to check it all out it was all warm the coleslaw was warm too. I ordered a twenty piece saucy nuggets and they didn’t even bother to put sauce on it. When I called to ask for a replacement the girl who pretended to be a manager was only concerned about the timing not the fact that I brought and paid for items they made incorrectly. Every time I go here it is that lamé disrespectful Tacoma type service never again espy when they won’t even make things right.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I totally would. They charged me for food that I didnt get and when I called back to inform them, they couldn't care less. The guy that answered said he was the manager and they make mistakes. No come back to get it, no sorry, no plan to rectify it, nothing. I asked for the regional manager and he told me to call that number back tomorrow. Totally worthless.
