Many people write reviews saying how things are wrong or other negative, but I want to write a review of a positive experience. I went for a late lunch and chose to go to the Steillacoom KFC location. The crew were all very warm and friendly and spoke to me and made me feel welcome. The food was also as good as it always was, which is something you come to expect at KFC. My order was prepared quickly and given to me before I even chose which soda I wanted from the fountain (I always taste-test a few to see what I am in the mood for), which was no more than a minute or two. The food was hot and fresh and as I said, tasted good.
I want to give a shout out to the whole crew at the location, including Andrea, Janel and Konstant. There was a young man working, but I did not get his name.
This is my preferred Tacoma-area Kentucky Fried Chicken and will return to this location again. Thank you crew for making me feel welcome!
The young lady was in to big of a rush. We just ordered two #1's, original, with added breasts. No receipt, but our total was $25.$$, so we don't know if we got charged correctly either. We had to ask for utensils and napkins, because we told her we were going to park to eat. She again hurriedly placed it in the bag. I checked bag because it looked like there was only one spoon in her hand, which I was correct. After trying to nicely get her attention we had to honk our horn twice to get her to come to drive up window to ask for another spoon. The young lady could seriously use some training in customer service and proper procedures of KFC. We are elderly and longtime customers of KFC, and not appreciative of this visit.

Just be sure 2 check ur order b4 U leave...I order the 4 piece 2 legs & 2 thighs & got a Dried out hard breast & a wing with absolutely NO meat on it !! & one moist drum leg ..and a thighs that was hard as a brick... totally dried out...So please check ur order b4 U leave..that store...I know i will .. .4 sure..or go 2 another KFC...because when, original is served right its still delicious...

The place was nice n clean. Jalisa and Junell were great host. The food came out less then 1 minute. Awesome taste. Everything was just great. The staff was wonderful and so nice! I absolutely loved the place! They all deserve a nice raise!!!!???????????
