We tried to put an online order in the day before pickup, but had trouble with the app .. it ended up charging us 3 times. And then to get it corrected, it took 4 different times to call and get a hold of a person to fix it. We were a few minutes late for pickup, but when we walked in, several people were milling around, but it took 3 minutes to even be acknowledged. Come on...it's DONUTS!!! Delicious and habit forming! Especially when the window lights are on...one will be free, hot off the rollers! The seasonal options are great. Service was friendly and fast. Fortunately, we live far away, or we'd have a problem. Not too bad a problem, but one must have some control. I'll just keep hoping they leave the lights on!!
I've been going to this location off and on since it opened when I was a kid. Last week I had ordered via Grubhub mini donuts for my office. Upon arriving, the store was closed due to a water main break in the area. However, the store was still operating for previous mobile orders that were made ahead of time.
