I'm done with this place bad service if they even show up, somewhat ok food when a cook shows up, and drinks are weak, I must say I miss the old owners and management, since it changed hands this place won't be around long with the way it's going.

An hour and 15 minutes after we ordered our food, we decided to cancel our entire order! It doesn’t take that long to make mozzarella sticks and two steaks. We asked for a water and never got that either. I would not go here if I were you. The waitress decided that it was OK to laugh and giggle when somebody discussed their order and the timing with her. She needs to be fired and Lady Luck needs to do a lot better.

Update as of 8/7/24- Wow, what can I say? I loved this place when I moved here 6 years ago! Great neighborhood bar and grill right around the corner, yes please! We were regulars, visiting weekly, at least. But the last few times we've been the quality has gone down, so we quit coming as often. I haven't been here in about 3 months, and after tonight, we will not return. To start, they didn't have the whiskey I wanted (very basic, very popular brand), the beer I ordered was warm and flat. Sent that back and got a bottle and a premium whiskey, because that was the only option, aside from well. Then the food, oh it was gross! Where do I start??? The fries were skinny, greasy and soggy, the Philly dip was half the size that it used to be and was super salty with some gross processed cheese on it, and was super greasy. The sweet potato fries were also soggy and greasy, They used to make their own ranch, which was so good, but now they use pre-made ranch and it's disgusting! I don't know how it got so bad, but I will never be back! Even their long time staff that have always been great are leaving because it's so bad! I expect they'll be out of business within 6 months.
This was 5 years ago... Great local steakhouse/ bar. Good burgers and house made Philly dips, good prime rib also. Staff is very friendly, the bartenders are great, the drinks are cheap. They do karaoke a couple nights a week and it is very loud, but it's fun to listen to (I don't participate!). They only serve appetizers after 9, I wish they would change that to 10 because I work late sometimes and it would be convenient for me. Great spot that I will continue to frequent.

Great service! The girls took absolutely great care of our needs...the food was hot and lovely, the drinks were cold, and the juke box was pumping out the grooviest of jams. Come thru and have a ball!

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Over an hour to get the food, incomplete order, didn't get the sides, and my toast. I felt bad for the server, she seemed very overwhelmed.... food and drinks were okay, nothing to write home about.

The food quality has declined tremendously. I've ordered doordash twice and didn't receive all my order. I recently decided to go to the restaurant to place a order and the cook literally took the topping of a twice baked potatoe to sub mash potatoes and gave me literally 1 ounce of cooked veggies. My fish was super dry and salty. I've given this place 3 tries this year. Your current chef is truly bringing down the quality. They do not care at all about what they are serving customers. This is bad for business. This has been consistent service all of 2024 so far. The current cooks needs to be replaced. The bartender ladies were phenomenal. Great customer service. This place used to serve awesome food. Another customer told me that the prime rib she ordered the night before she gave it to her dog because it wasn't good. That speaks volumes. Get a new cook before you miss out on thousands of dollars.

Last two times I've ordered their bacon burger they didnt bother putting any cheese on it.The photo shows it has cheese and the description states that it cones with American cheese. Yet they didn't bother making it correctly.Unfortunately won't be coming here again for quite some time.

I placed a number of meal orders here, but nothing that even somewhat matched what I ordered was delivered. Ordering delivery services from this location through outside businesses is NOT recommended. Whether or not they made a mistake, the restaurant could not give a damn. They basically stated, "I'm sorry, this is your order," and stuck my receipt to a bag. After attempting to have what I bought delivered for over two hours over the phone, the manager essentially informed me it wasn't his problem. I ultimately spent more than $100 and was informed it wasn't their problem. Is this what the receipt looks like?

Ordered here from DoorDash. They didn't have the ribs, mashed potatoes and salad I ordered. So, they sent me a prime rib with fries instead. They charged me an additional $16 for the substitution. They didn't contact me or Doordash regarding the fact they were out of the meal I ordered and needed to do a substitution.I've never had prime rib before, but this hunk of blood red meat was tasteless and tough.I've give Lady Luck a few chances over the last two years of living in this area, but I'm done. I won't be ordering delivery or visiting them again.

Went to Lady Luck because their sign said Buccaneers 5:00 PM. The bartender was unaware that there was a game on. She said the games are over. When we told her that there is a game on that the establishment advertised. She said she would put the game on for us…on the smallest tv in the building; all of the other tvs had the news blaring. I guess I was supposed to watch the game without hearing it???? We went up the street to TJ’s ( who didn’t have the game advertised on the reader board) and enjoyed the game. The service was great!!! I absolutely recommend them!!!! Not Lady Luck, but TJ’s!!!!

I ordered through door dash. They did send me half my order. They stated only after it was delivered that they were sold out of an item.. they didn't call and offer different items. Their phone rang busy when I called to find out why my dasher was waiting for an hour for my order. Then to top it off what I did receive was burnt. And missing half the dish and all the condiments.
