Didn't like the service at all today, lady charged me $10 on my card when I didn't get anything I only ask if they accepted my card, I don't get it to be honest, do they also charge just for looking or what?

Just got a small white chocolate mocha and the girl tipped herself I didn’t authorize that tip and I had no intention of tipping because the drink was awful just got off phone with my bank to dispute that charge
