Food was great!
The service started out great, and perhaps the server felt as if he were “giving us space” by not checking in on us, but we ran out of water, and had dirty plates in front of us while we talked for an hour after we finished our meals.
I did, however appreciate NOT feeling rushed to leave, but not constantly being “checked” on, or ever brought the bill.

We've come to this location three times. There are many Pho places around the area, so the competition is high.
Personally, I feel this place is the most authentic and consistent of Pho restaurants around.
This is also the one and only Pho place to sell me black coffee with non dairy milk powder or dairy half and half! I was very happy! The other Pho places only have Thai tea, boba tea coffee (cold coffee), and Vietnamese coffee (very small in size).
The restaurant is a little too big, but for the prices being a little lower as they are, I think they'll need the extra space for customers...
Worthwhile for the Pho, tea and coffee.
Dietary restrictions: There's nondairy powdered milk for coffee.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps.

Until recently I'd had good experiences, but on June 21st 2024, that changed. I ordered a noodle bowl and my colleague ordered a banh mi and in both cases the cucumbers were rancid. I also ordered wings and ate some before discovering that plate was tainted as well. The waiter indicated we could replace our order for the main dish but not the wings because we had already eaten some. I replied that it didn't matter, if any part if the dish was rancid. I had to stand my ground before management relented. When you serve a rancid dish you should offer at least one complimentary one to re build customer faith. That wasn'ta remote possibility for them and never came up.
This was a bad experience and tells me they are not inspecting produce before serving it. Beware of the cucumbers there and consider Pho King two doors down instead. Never a bad experience there.
Finally at least six tables remained uncleared around us and the waiter took a break eating lunch, looking at his cell phone and never cleared those tables up to the point when we departed. We had to choose a smaller table because all of the bigger ones remained uncleared. Just neglectful in every way.

If you have not tried LeLe's yet, then you are missing out! My husband and I eat out quite a bit, but we had never tried LeLe's until last night.We ordered the Jasmine hot tea and fresh spring rolls for starters. We could taste the beautiful aroma of jasmine with every sip, which complimented the fresh spring rolls perfectly. We ordered the lemongrass chicken and chicken/tofu (I ordered half and half) pad Thai for our entrées.The Pad Thai was one of the best I have ever had (I love Pad Thai, and I order it quite a bit). The Pad Thai came with an amazing yellow peanut sauce that WOWED my taste buds and sent the Pad Thai over the top when both of the flavors met.The Lemongrass chicken, which my husband ordered, was also top notch!The service was outstanding! We were greeted with such a friendly and welcoming person, who was very attentive!I absolutely 100% recommend LeLe!!

Huge place and you can tell a lot of the locals order and pick up from this place! $6 bahn mis are kind of unbeatable but my favorite so far is the mixed meat vermicelli noodles with some house made nuc mam! Amazing!

My only issue was finding parking ?️ because street was booked, however in front of the restaurant you can park at that first semi-abandoned plaza because many businesses have closed.I also find the environment sketchy and had a homeless man chasing us after we left the restaurant so be weary
