The customer service is great but it’s super expensive. I got a small specialty shaved ice treat and it was $7! I mean if it was organic ingredients I could understand but it was preservative overload and I felt crummy afterwards.

Let it Snow is my favorite place for sweets. The snow desserts are incredibly delicious, so refreshing but still sweet and decadent. I think this is a Taiwan-style dessert, and it's amazing. I get the Almond Joy with coconut shaved snow, SO GOOD. I've been ruined for ice cream, now I only want SNOW lol. The small size is enormous. The service is always great, kind and friendly. It's my reward to myself for doing the grocery shopping haha.

Let it Snow has delicious treats! I normally get a small almond joy (pictured). They’re generous with the toppings and you’ll find a second layer in the cup. People I’ve visited with have had other ices etc and enjoyed them too.

We searched for Hawaiian Shaved ice and found more than we could have ever imagined. Sadly, no pic of the “what the fudge” egg puffs because we ate it so fast! It was delicious! We ate our shaved ice in the air conditioned comfy table area and played a board game that was provided by the shop. We had a family fun time, had all our cravings satisfied and we will definitely be back!
