Service was 5 star. I got Asian ice which comes with up to 6 toppings of your choice. The lychee ice I chose had nice flavor but I think I might have preferred shaved snow instead--which I found out from the staff is shaved ice cream. I usually like less sweet in the boba drinks I get but found that I would have preferred more sweet in the toppings on the ice. (The toppings are actually on the bottom so you have to eat some ice first since they fill the cup way over the top (a good thing). The sweetness level might have been fine on the snow which I assume is sweeter than ice. I will have to try the snow next time. I want to return because there is SO MUCH to try. The store was clean and neat.

The coconut snow!! so delicious, so is the mango - Highly recommend. The "snow" is sweeter than the Korean style of shaved ice/milk (that I've had, not an expert!) but not as sweet as ice cream. I'm obsessed. Get the "Almond Joy" snow with coconut, nutella, almonds and toffee bits, and thank me :)

This place is the best, drinks are the best, and they have good customer service. The workers here are so nice, love this place, would give it a 10/10 but it only lets me give 5/5 lol. Come to this place, You'll not regret going here.

There is such a variety of desserts and drinks here, it took me a while to choose! I eventually got one of their specialty snows (green tea special), it was the perfect consistency and it wasn't too sweet. I got the small size and it was still a lot! So definitely a bang for your buck. This shop is run by a family and their shop feels homey as they have children's art on the walls. They have board games for you to play with as well, which is nice. The service was quick and they were definitely not stingy with their syrups. Our Hawaiian ice had a lot of syrup. They also offer ice cream on the bottom and snow cap (condensed milk) on the top just like in Hawaii.

So many unique dessert offerings here. The service is great. They have games to play at the tables. We've been several times and have tried something different each time. We love the shaved snow, specialty drinks, and the puffles were great as well. Definitely will be back and recommend to friends/family. Skip the DQ and go to "Let It Snow."

I've been looking for a Taiwanese style shaved ice and found it! I've been here twice now and it's definitely our families spot for a special treat. So many options to choose from. My kids love the Hawaiian shaved ice and the waffles are delicious, especially with ice cream on top. The owners keep the place super clean and they are super nice. I highly recommend.

This spot is fantastic for shaved ice! The rainbow mango special was delicious, not too sweet, and came with delightful toppings. Even the small portion was generous. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Plus, there's ample seating inside

I like this place and want some desserts after eating at the Cambodian and Chinese Restaurants nearby. There is a large selection of drinks and desserts, but there are not enough pictures to go off.I don't know what to order, likewise with my wife. I think if there were more pictures on the wall, it would make the order much easier for us.Well, I took some pictures of the large selection of drinks they have. I hope it'll help.

I've been meaning to write this review for about a month. Unlike most things, it hasn't slipped my mind completely, because my experience at let it snow was so earth shattering-in the best way!!! absolutely phenomenal!!! I ordered the tie-dye ( thai dye?) shaved ice, And I am not exaggerating when I say it is the best thing i've ordered, in several years-PERIOD! Across all genres and categories of cuisine! I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the desert- And having lived overseas in Asia for several years, And having visited every hawaiian island at least once,I like to think of myself as a educated connoisseur! The texture of the shaved ice was spot on - exactly what it's meant to be! Hawaiian shaved ice. It's nothing like it's a strange cousin. The snow cone and if you've never had a chance to experience it. This location would be a great place to do so because they nail it on the head! The ice flakes were properly thin- Eating it gives you the illusion that you're eating something Much more rich and decadent than frozen water. In fact, I suspect that he actually made the ice from frozen Thai iced tea. But I didn't watch him assemble my treat, so I can't say for sure. And even if I had ordered another flavor where the ice wasSimply frozen water, im positive a similar effect would have been achieved, due to the perfect consistency of the ice itself. The friuty pebbles , Mochi and drizzle of sweet condensed milk Paired harmoniously with the flavor of the thai iced tea. The dish was very playful and imaginative but actually worked, rather than just being quirky. I was so impressed. I don't live near this place at all, any more. But I will definitely go out of my way to stop here and have a treat! I wish them all the success in the world. And I hope they stay in business forever, because I have yet to find another place like it in this area. And i'm dying to further explore their menu!!!! If you're contemplating going here.Stop thinking about it and just go, you won't regret it!!!!!!

This place is one of a kind in Tacoma! They do great shaved thin sorbets and my son loved the snow cones here.Owner of the place is super nice. I bring my friends here and my family for lots of frozen treats. They actually use real and fresh fruits in their menu items.Let it snow is definitely the best snow cone places in Tacoma, I’ve been coming here for all my shaved ice needs for almost 2 years and always had an amazing experience. The size of their treats will blow you away. How they fit that much shaved ice in one cup is beyond me.You can barely eat it ?
