I went in on Monday 12/22/2025, early evening. There were no pizzas ready and available, which is alright; however, the front counter gentleman who was also handling/boxing pizzas was not friendly. I noticed he was handling money and touching his face and he did not wash his hands. I was there approximately 20/30 minutes and was watching him as he went back and forth completing several transactions and not once did, he wash his hands. I am thankful he did not actually touch my pizza, but this is not proper hand hygiene, especially in the food business. No napkins were available, and he did not acknowledge me once I had the pizza, like I was an inconvenience. I will not be going back to Little Ceasars anytime soon. Not trying to get HEP A.

Gave us the wrong order with UberEats order (swapped most expensive pie for cheapest one). Suggested they double check order upon transfer and departure of takeouts. Always double check orders...disappointed and lesson learned. Won't be going back.

The new owners of all the franchisees in the Tacoma area are the worst lol seriously corporate needs to investigate them and have them sell or take away their franchisees from them because their service is unacceptable. All the staff are so rude and seemingly incompetent here they literally think you’re trying to steal the marinara sauce that you paid for. And then when they do give you one it’s filled to like a quarter of the cup and then they want you to pay for another one.
They won’t even be busy, but they’ll tell you that it’s a 45 minute to an hour wait for a thin crust pizza.

Not sure what’s going on at this location, but it sure isn’t quality. Here’s the visibly dry and overdone pepperoni puffs I just ordered. You can see that one isn’t even a puff, it looks like just a bite of a puff. What also can’t be seen in this pic, is the quite flat state of the other two puffs. Why is pizza so hard? This doesn’t seem to be their calling in life.

I hate to say, but the quality of the food was very disappointing. Barely warm. Prob too old. Not even greeted for a couple min, even though 3 guys are just talking. I tried to get the pep crunchy crust on the app. Couldn't. I tried to order at the counter. He said, on line only. It didn't say that on the commercial. He saw me at my car trying to order. No help. Settler for a take and go. I shouldn't have bought a thing. Lunch time 3 months ago was great. Last night, NOT! I'll never go at night again.

I don't know what happened but the new owners or franchisees are rude. They don't wear protective equipment (hairnets and gloves) and they're skimping on their bread sticks and sauce. They need to be reported to LCHQ.

I ordered a one fantastic 4 pizza and a crazy bread. The casher put in the order for 4 pizza's and a crazy bread. An honest mistake that I corrected when I saw the total on the card reader. HOWEVER, I was still charged 40 dollars for 4 pizzas that were never made. I have been attempting for 2 weeks to get my money back. I'm going to keep calling until I do. This place is also filthy. One look at the condition of the kitchen should have you rethinking your decision to pick up food from this location.

The service is horrible. They take forever to take your order. They are unfriendly and act like you are bothering them. The pizza isn't cooked all the way and is super greasy. Used to have great service and pizza at this location. Last year it has gotten progressively worse. Won't be coming back to this location. Ever
