I don't know what happened but the new owners or franchisees are rude. They don't wear protective equipment (hairnets and gloves) and they're skimping on their bread sticks and sauce. They need to be reported to LCHQ.

I ordered a one fantastic 4 pizza and a crazy bread. The casher put in the order for 4 pizza's and a crazy bread. An honest mistake that I corrected when I saw the total on the card reader. HOWEVER, I was still charged 40 dollars for 4 pizzas that were never made. I have been attempting for 2 weeks to get my money back. I'm going to keep calling until I do. This place is also filthy. One look at the condition of the kitchen should have you rethinking your decision to pick up food from this location.

The service is horrible. They take forever to take your order. They are unfriendly and act like you are bothering them. The pizza isn't cooked all the way and is super greasy. Used to have great service and pizza at this location. Last year it has gotten progressively worse. Won't be coming back to this location. Ever

This little cesars is the WORST one out of any one I've ever been to, they employees do not care about anything, they won't come out to greet or help you. Rude AF, if they make your pizza wrong, they get an attitude or refuse to fix it. We need another little cesars on this side of town.

Ordered the lunch combo today. What was handed to me instead was Pepperoni Cheese Bread after a 15-minute wait. Not a single drop of tomato sauce to be found. The 20oz soda was also warm. Like room temperature warm. I tried to find a soda that was cool, and not a single bottle was cold to the touch.

Stay away from this place both in person and if you're placing any online orders . Constant issues with payment and the person working the front barely speaks at all and doesn't greet anyone . Bad vibes overalls.
When the new management took over things were great but recently the service has gone down hill fast. The employees are rude and the pizzas a so sloppy! The toppings are always burned and uneven. At first the pizza was well made and the service was excellent. They quickly lost both attributes. You need to be nice or at least polite to your customers.

Food: Serverely Burnt!! see pic. No walls to the cupcake pizzas. Burnt pieces were breaking off, as the cashier was sliding it across the counter w/ Gusto! Notice how they are all over the box. The cashier did that. Not myself. Service: Utterly Disgraceful!! Atmosphere: DISRESPECTFUL to Customer (me), bc I wanted food that's not burnt. Rude, obnoxious, jus nasty! Yes, it was that bad. Go here if you want burnt food, bad Svc, and disrespect!! I'd give them -5 stars, if I could. I did not buy the burnt cupcake pizzas. This is the 2nd time I ordered them. My previous review - a diff store., is on this acct. This was So awful, I did take a pic. You can go thru my reviews, I do not post pics. I Have Now!!
