DO NOT ORDER FROM LITTLE CESARS Their drivers are not theirs no accountability and half the time they don't speak English. Missing items would not fix. looking at a 12-10 DAY REFUND - Ridiculous just send a driver with the missing items. not hard.

Wanted something to snack on so I grabbed some bread sticks with no wait.

Ordered a stuffed crust with bacon and beef and a pepperoni pizza, the later was fine, but the stuffed crust was a ham and olive, I didn't ask for it or order.

Any request to remake it or refund when I arrived at the store for the screw up was met with lack of care or disinterest.

It shows with all of the reviews currently up as to why it's that way. What's clear is if you value your time and money please go elsewhere. It CAN be okay if you keep it simple but save yourself the trouble and get something better

Plain and simple. I just don't recommend it. The 7/11 in the same parking lot is better than that and their employees actually listen. Or their is a couple of other restaurants right there that I would recommend antojos and a pizza burger place I'm yet to try.they look good though.

I've ordered twice from this location. Both times, they got my order wrong. I let it go the first time, but the second, I called. They said I had to drive to them, and they would remake the food. They refused to do a partial refund or store credit, even when I offered to send pictures as proof. Such a bummer and poor customer service. The whole point of ordering delivery is the convenience of staying home. I have a child and couldn't get over there even if I wanted to. If the restaurant makes an error, they should either send out a replacement or give you a partial refund/store credit. If you plan to order Little Caesars, do yourself a favor and do it through DoorDash/Uber Eats and not the site itself. At least that way if they mess it up, you have the ability to get a credit.

The pizza here used to be good. However, the last few orders have had less toppings and are always cold. It looks like they cook a lot pizza and let them sit until people order them. $15 for an old pizza is not great.Pizza pans are on the floor. Health code?The bread sticks are very old and taste terrible.The manager and owner should be responsible.

Every time we ordered pickup from here, they would 1) be in the back for a long time, making people wait and 2) always forget our sauce that we paid extra for.We just went to the Little Caesars on 72nd and they 1) were there and available to give us our order immediately and 2) remembered the sauce!So yeah, not going back to the Orchard St. store. It's not that much further away for us to get good service.

Came in for cheese bread. Was handed a clearly old one so I asked for a fresh one. Guy starts crying about it being fresh because he didn’t want to make more.
