Little Caesars Pizza

I am temporarily disabled and in a wheelchair. The access to the building in a wheelchair is not stable. When I placed my online order, I put i had accessibility issues and I also called them to advise of the disability. I asked them if the order was ready and I politely asked if they could bring it outside the door and that I was in a wheelchair.

I got such a run around and was told to walk in, hard to do when my legs are affected.

Then the man hung up on me. Frustrating of how they treat the people having challenging situations.

After getting up on a broken sidewalk and pushing things aside on the sidewalk to roll down it and struggle with the door which a nice person helped me open the door, I told the woman and she couldn't understand the simplicity of my concerns, telling her how thr male worker hung up on me when clearly explained, she held the door open for me, prob because she felt bad.

But let me tell you, as a prior little cesars employee in lakewood.. I would of never treated someone struggling like I did. You will never understand how hard it is until you have to be in a wheelchair chair. And I've gone back to the lakewood and noticed a new crew all the same ethicinity as what I saw at this location also at the lakewood, so possibly it was sold to a new group of people, ive driven some of these employees home (lyft driver) and as a buisness owner i would still never mistreat you even with any communication issue, because im sure a wheelchair and me struggling is very visual.

I know your franchised but I'll be sure to let little Caesars know abt your ADA accommodations which are protected.

I got burned pizza with uneven pizza and one side not cooked.

No regular Hot n Ready made, Then the stuff crust that was hot and ready advertises as 9 but lady behind outer says it's $16, Employees need to understand and speak English, And Also charge correct advertising prices

On the positive the pizza was hot and fresh. However the pizza was not cut all the way through and was too hot to tear apart without losing all the toppings. They had no disposible utensils for me to cut the pizza and no atempt was made to rectify the issue. Maybe it was just a fault on the day I was there but it was frustrating

I had a gift card and called ahead after being told by my nearby location they were unable to take gift cards. This store was polite, took my order over the phone (which the previous store also refused) and I was able to use my gift card. My order was ready within 15 minutes and delicious. Highly recommend this location.

I placed two orders got there to pick them up. They refused to give me my orders one they said it belonged to somebody else even though I gave them all my confirmation and everything finally they gave it to me the other they refused to give it to me, they would not give it to me. an hour and 20 minutes later I had to almost snatch the food out of the ladies hands in order to get the food that I paid for AND HAD receipts RECEIPTS FOR. Nobody in the store speaks English well enough to hold a conversation all they know how to say is “yes” and “there is no Manager/corporate office”. Half my food cold and inedible but they can’t refund it.

I ordered online, hoping it would be ready for me when I got there. Said it would be ready at 12:17, its now 12:37 and I'm still waiting. Food is good, so its worth it if you have the time but not great for limited lunch plans

They charged me twice. Guy said I needed to tap my card again and I told him no I’m not having them charge me a 3rd time. Payment was pending and what do you know, both payments processed. Guy tried telling me nothing printed on his end and that’s why it didn’t go through. Maybe they were out of paper?!! Now I’m having to dispute with my bank. Called earlier and a lady answered and put me on hold for 45min. Smfh. Ridiculous! If you want to be scammed this is the place to go!!

WORST Little Ceasers I've ever been to. Ordered online so tobve sure tobnot have to wait. Got there and was told I had to wait 10 min. 45min later I finally got my pizza. What's the point of ordering ahead of time? And the manager has the personality of a wet paper bag. Screw this place.

Kids always love little Caesar’s. Mom and dad do because we get to skip cooking for a night. Good pizza that doesn’t hurt the wallet as bad as the Pizza Hut right down the street from us.

Little Caesars pizza is always crackin' you already know this . This one on 56th and orchard is always fast and most of the employees and good and know their jobs , although I did see one dude actually eat a topping off of my pizza before but that was a few yrs ago . I'm sure that kid don't wort there anymore. ..
