Denied access to the bathroom for a customer who walked there despite having the requisite 3 employees on staff and no safety issues. This restaurant is legally required to allow bathroom access to customers but will state that it is not for public use even if customer is ordering food. Also restaurant, put red pepper flakes and hot peppers on a plain cheese pizza under the cheese so that pizza was so spicy customer could not eat it. This was not done to any other pizza in the order. To-go online pick-up order was not placed in the pizza portal, and customer was forced to ask for pizza to be given to them but still made to enter code into pizza portal for food.

This is not hot and ready even when you order online the food is still not ready at the time it says … it is the most slowest Little Caesars I have ever been to. If you want fast pizza do not go to this location it’s the absolute worse .. I waited 1 hour after my schedule pick up time
Walk in and the lady could not understand my simple English order. Why is she at the front counter there if she does not understand English? I was nice… but she made me repeat my order numerous times and even one of the guys had to come and ask me my order. After I payed she sat for a good 2 minutes looking at my receipt before handing it to me. I came in to pick up my order I had ask for it to be fresh and it most definitely was not fresh. Guy gave me a sauce without confirming if it was the correct one and indeed was not, He walked away and I needed to get their attention to give me the right sauce. Got home and I found a hair on my pizza. The pizza was not fresh and I payed over $30 for a plain pepperoni pizza, a jalapeños cheese bread and a plain chicken wings with a garlic sauce on the side. Food was not good… I only ate because I was absolutely starved after not eating lunch. I would not recommend going here.

They do not have pretzel pizzas, and if you want stuffed crust, they charge you an additional $6.

I stopped in for a quick pizza at 9:45 and I was turned away.
When I was dashing, the food was always ready when I got there, made for a really quick trip. I value my time, and don't have a lot to myself, so I greatly value the ability to get in and out without having to wait especially when I have a lot of things to do.

I got those new cupcake type pizza bites. No where near enuff sauce! Dry!! Over cooked, burnt edges, Hard!, and Dry, did I say Dry!? Very little cheese. I ordered a side of marinara- GOOD thing I did! Bc they were DRY!!! It was more like bread sticks. And they're not tasty. What a waste.

ROACH PIZZA! Typically pretty good pizza but while waiting for a Hot-N-Ready (that wasn’t hot and ready) I watched a roach crawl from underneath the fridge. Pretty gross. The employee’s are always really cold too, like they just want you gone. Probably won’t eat here again cause of the roaches.
