Came here to pick up an online order. The guy looked really unhappy when I checked in to see if my order is ready. He simply responded the order wasn’t there and turned back to the kitchen behind. I thought he went to check for the order as I’m pretty sure the order was placed to his store. 10 minutes later he returned to the front and began checking in with other customers. When I asked about my order, he looked surprised as I should have already left. He finally decided to look up in his system and found my order. Told me it will take another 5 minutes. Hard pass.

The pizza nor the chicken taste the same as before a couple of years back, and I realized it was under new management. It clearly was a sign, I wasn't supposed to eat the food in the first place .. I didn't like the food ..

After paying for my order then wait 15 minutes (which is fine) for it to be made attempted not to give me the sauce I had already paid and had an attitude the whole time. I was polite and courteous the whole time, If you don’t like your job don’t work there and don’t burn your customers food.
I called and they keep hanging up on me. It's my birthday and all I want is to buy some pizza.
