PLEASE BEWARE! Place orders in person or online. Placing orders on the phone can lead to the call center that answers to submit an order composed of things you did not ask for, so when you arrive the unwitting employees are expecting you to pay for your order. Must be a language barrier issue because she mistook “no that is not my order, I’ll repeat it a different way to clarify” as “please hang up on me and submit whatever order you please.” What a joke

I ordered 18 pizzas 24 hours in advance for a High School to be delivered at 10:45am the following day. Upon arrival of the delivery driver, they could not find the order and then found it a few minutes later. They stated they would start on it and it would be done in 15-20 minutes. This was at 10:35am, 10 minutes before it was due to be delivered. Long story short, our students did not get to start lunch at their normal 11:00am lunchtime and had to wait til about 11:20am. Lunch ends at 11:30am which means these students did have much time to get through the line and eat their food before having to go to class. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from there again.
I also called the store to get an update and the employee I spoke with was rude and not helpful at all.

Low grade customer service too sloppy 😡 not clean the best way rude slow service and no delicious pizza
Really bad customer service, I came in after a long day at work..was was greeted. What do you want,I asked very nicely for to pizzas 🍕. I said what. 4 times like he couldn’t understand what a was asking if came back 15 minutes later. They messed up my order. Gave me a a completely different order.I told him that wasn't mine.. And the man gave me attitude and said, yes, that's what you ordered.... I asked him if he can make what I please ordered and paid for. And said ohh that's right. So then I had to wait another fifteen minutes. And the man just idk . Just didn't seem like you wanted to be there.I hope if anybody else comes to this place, they just have a better experience than myself.. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.Just a really tough and bad experience.

I went in looking for an already made pizza. When I asked them if they had any available, they said no - and then I asked what was inside of the displayed Pizza boxes...they indeed had 3 different pizzas available.
I saw they had chicken available and asked for that &, they said they didn't have chicken.
It took me multiple tries to communicate with them.
The meat pizza was very greasy, difficult to chew. The cheese bread was hard and difficult to chew. The chicken was good but, the sauce was deplorable.
Very disappointed & will not be returning

This is the pizza equivalent of a scam call center! They keep part of our order and then when we call for the missing pizzas they pretend like they don’t speak English, and then make you feel like it’s your fault for accepting a partial order!

They told me it would take 10 minutes for my order fine. I went back 10 minutes later and they haven't even started it yet. So I sit in the waiting room, I proceed to see if the the team members ignore another customer waiting while he proceeds to use his cell phone and make a call. Worst place I have ever been.

The man working the counter was incredibly rude he was telling customers that he was cooking no more pizzas even though store hours were still open. We heard him repeatedly lie to customers. Saying that he does not get paid after 9:30pm and he had to clean so he could not cook pizzas including one that was pre ordered by phone. He did not have crazy bread ready and was offering old cheesy bread in its place. Crazy bread is suppose to have 8 bread sticks. Cheesy bread only had three and he charged full price for the crazy bread. He argued with customers until after 9:30 at wich time he said he no longer gets paid and has to clean. Who does this guy think he's is fooling. State law mandates you get all hours you are clocked in for and if Littlr Ceasers doesn't want to pay employees to clean after 9:30 maybe they should close sooner. This dude was just being lazy and would rather argue with customers then to do his job.The doors are open for business until 9:30pm so he should be cooking until 9:30pm and do his cleaning after doors close or manage his time better. Worst part is. This dude was the supervisor.
My opinion? Dint take the job if you dont want to do the work. How does this guy make a supervisor or manager position? Pathetic how unwilling he was to satisfy his customers. So much for customer service. Apparently that's not important at Little Ceasers Pizza. Makes a guy wonder if he puts the same effort towards food quality standards. My food was good but I admit. It was a bit overcooked and the crust was very crunchy. Guess he got sidetracked with arguing with customers.
LAZY! That's all it was. Didn't even have breadcsticks ready. We got the last of what they did have and under no circumstances was he going to make any. Basically Customer satisfaction was offering no concern. By the time he was done arguing with with everyone he could've made the pizzas and bread sticks. Customer service was nothing short of a joke. They need to hire people with higher standards and some human relations skills.
