Didn’t realize until we got home that the pizza was incorrect and the crazy bread had almost no garlic butter or Parmesan cheese. The person at the counter was very nice. It was just disappointing.

The employees are rude and they forgot two of my pizzas. All I asked for was the cheese because I'm pregnant and that's what I was craving. He talked to me like I was stupid and he mumbled and as a hearing impaired person I couldn't hear him and he got mad about it.

If I could leave a negative zero stars I would , Horrible service kept hanging up on me every time. I wanted answers about my order.. And then I asked to speak with the manager and they said it was a holiday .. It's not a holiday!!! What's not able to pick up my order And was not issued a refund Horrible horrible service. Terrible, terrible service. Did I mention the keep hanging up on me just eeeww

WOMEN BEWARE!!! if your looking to get robbed of your money then go here. my fiance went to get dinner on feb 17th 2024 and ordered 3 pizzas, bread and wings but when given a reciept it showed 4 pizzas. she went back into the store and asked why and the guy tried arguing saying it was only 3 and then changed his answer saying that she ordered 4 and he couldnt refund her because it was already made. even though she was only given 3 pizzas once he finally refunded her, he then walked back and started speaking disrespectfully about her to his coworkers where she could here them while side eyeing her the whole time. do not send your women here alone as they will be targets by these bafoons.

Little Caesars claims to have hot and ready pizza. I went there to get a lunch combo at 12pm and there were no hot and ready pizzas no Hot-N-Ready combos.... Had to wait 10 minutes for my lunch combo. When I got it it was nothing but dough and cheese.

1st time ordering online using the "portal" pretty easy, and seamless, sent texts when to pick up, and the code for the locker. Pizza was good quality, no complaints. A step up from the last time I went to "Pizza Time." Which saw the quality go WAY down.
Customer Complaint - General Advice to future customer's Location: 2421 SOUTH UNION AVE TACOMA, WA 98405 (253) 572-1800 Time Order Was Placed: 4:28pm Pacific Time Date Order Was Placed: 1-26-2024 Transaction Reference #: 275987306 Summary: Tonight was an exceptionally horrible experience at this location. I had placed an order online keeping in mind the time, and attempting to use the Little Ceasars Pizza portal for ease of use. The customer service is very poor, they don't actually provide customer service here, just forced interactions. Additionally, the language barrier has proven problematic as while I was waiting for my order, every person that arrived had trouble understanding and communicating to this locations team members. My online order was made incorrectly not once, but twice which was a simple order - a cheese pizza and some crazy bread sticks. If you are looking for a quick meal, please do yourselves a favor and do NOT visit this location. The quality of food you expect from this franchise is absent from this location and myself being a long time customer, this is probably the single worst location I've ever been to hands down.
