If you're looking for a hidden gem in the middle of down town, this is the spot. All the food in this little shop is awesome but the fried rice mama is queen. Penny is the best at her craft and is super sweet. Stop in and do yourself a favor.

Very good food so the patience you have to have is worth it. You know when you run into a restaurant or Cafe and you realize that the people who are running it simply just love hospitality and making food for others? This is one of those places. There's not a lot of seating so if you are walking around downtown Tacoma and want to eat outside this is your place to go! Or if you're bringing it back to the office. Looking forward to going back. Also, it turns out that bibimbop runs out so come before noon!

I have never left a review before, but I feel obligated to with this place. The best breakfast burrito I have ever tasted in my life, not only was the food great, but so was the service. The owner was so nice and made sure to take care of us. If you live in Tacoma and don’t go here on a regular basis, you’re wrong.

Stopped by since it was close to my hotel and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location was cute and tucked away into the corner of the World Trade Center. It's a small location with a lot to offer making it feel extremely cozy and personal. The service was exceptional and the food was great. I'd love to come back sometime. It felt more like visiting a sweet auntie or grandma and leaving with a nice hot plate of food than it did just stopping by the nearest breakfast joint when out of town.
We got a bacon fried rice and a combo fried rice, both were delicious and well seasoned.
A lovely little coffee shop. Always good coffee, and great food, perfect place to stop in and grab something. Has tables by the elevators around the corner.

I seldom write reviews but this little Cafe deserves recommendation! It opens from 6:30 am to 5 pm, and food is really nice!! We tried sandwishes, combo fried rice, omelette, coffee, and lemon tea, all are awesome! Definitely worth trying!

I prefer to support local. I get coffee there once on a while. I get the Elvis Presley coffee and is pretty good. The lady there maybe alone but she quick and efficient. You can call in advance to order to go.

This place is great. The fried rice is DELICIOUS and is a big portion. Penny makes it fresh right there on the black top grill and adds an egg on top. So tasty and fresh. Penny was also very kind and fun to talk to. I will for sure be back again.
