My experience was similar to other people's experience here - except we chose to walk out after having servers walk by us for 10 minutes. I know it's a Seattle based restaurant, and it definitely felt that way (cold servers, sense of entitlement, etc.). Only a matter of time before they go under.

Fries where great. Kids plate had the same if not more fish than my plate..... The fish and spicy tarter was a nice combo

Where to start... 15 minute wait for a table and restaurant is empty. Sat at table looking for other restaurants after not seeing any staff for almost 20 minutes at our table. Food took 45 minutes from when we ordered. Food is bland. Been waiting 10 minutes for bbq sauce. Don't make the mistake if coming here. Obviously there is no leadership in place.

Good service, but the food was underwhelming at best. I wouldn't spend my money here again. If you put down one of their burgers next to a burger from a high school cafeteria I would not be able to tell the difference by either taste or appearance. The fried chicken sandwich was dry and tough to chew, and the chicken thigh itself was about half the size of the bun so I had several mouthfuls of just bread and lettuce. If you're in Ruston there are much better options, I don't expect this place to stay in business very long.

We decided to sit in the bar because despite many empty tables people were waiting to be seated. After waiting to be noticed by anyone for about 15 minutes I went to the bar an politely asked if we could get something to drink and some menus. The waiter brought over our drinks and took our order a few minutes later. An hour later we still did not have the flat bread and loaded tots we ordered. When the bartender walked by and asked if everything was ok, I mentioned that our order was taken a long time ago. He went to check on things. The waiter came back and said he had to ask them to make our food as he was not sure what happened to our order. Another 15-20 minutes later and we finally get the chicken pesto flatbread and the loaded tots. I wanted to like them but couldn't. The flatbread was very oily. By that, I do mean it was dripping with oil. The tots tasted good, but I cannot say that they were loaded, so I do not think they were worth the almost $8.00 price tag. In the end they did comp is the tots since we waited forever, while ch is why they are getting 3 stars not 1 or 2.

Went with my daughter. Prices for the kids menu was pretty reasonable. I ordered nachos, with chicken and guacamole which came to $17. Really over priced for what I received. Service was good, just seemed really over priced for mediocre food.

I almost wanted to give this place 0 stars but giving one since the manager did comp our meal. It's a new place, only open a little over a month. Sign on the door said cooks wanted, should have been a clue. We went on a Sunday about 12:30, wasn't particularly crowded when we entered. Decided to sit in the bar. Server came promptly and took drink orders and then came back about 10 minutes later for our food order. We literally never saw him again. After sitting there for over 35 minutes and noticing that the table two over from us had been served when we were there before them, finally got the server's attention. He said they were working on my friends steak sandwich and should be only a minute. Five minutes later, same comment from the server. Another five minutes, same comment, I mean how long does it take to make a sandwich. Finally he brought my sandwich but not hers. There working on your sandwich he says to my friend. Five minutes later I decide enough and go and track down a manager. She's very apologetic and says well the kitchen is backed up. Never mind that until then there were very few tables with folks seated at them. Finally, 45 minutes after we ordered my friend's sandwich appeared. The manager did comp our meal but to wait that long for two sandwiches is absolutely unforgivable. And to top it off our food wasn't all that good. I had a portabello mushroom burger and my friend had a steak sandwich. Nothing to exciting but not prepared very well and virtually no taste. I hate to write a review like this especially since Tacoma needs quality places to eat. But the experience was horrible and with this service and lack of quality food they won't be in business long. One can only hope that management reads and reacts properly to all these reviews.

Just so horrible. Over an hour for a cup of chili that never came. No explanation. The only thing that was fast Was the check and our departure. Do. Not. Go. Please just close it down.

Avoid! That is pretty much all I can say. Service terrible food terrible. Took over an hour for food to come. There were 6 tables on a Monday afternoon. Took over 45 minutes for a chocolate milk after asking for it twice. It wasn't even our server who finally brought it. It's unfortunate because this place could do well down here. But if they don't get their staffing and food under control this place is sure to fail.

My family and I came here today to eat. For one the entire restaurant was pretty empty but we still waited 45 mins to be sat along with watching multiple people that came after us get sat before us . Then the food took quite a while then when it did come out all of our food was cold. The nachos my brother got were pretty much a joke. They forgot the meat and pretty much just threw a couple chunks on there when we noticed they forgot the chicken. Also the salsa tastes like it out of an old can. There was very little cheese on the nachos and the corn they put on it was mush. Taste like plato.

The food was excellent. The place seemed a little understaffed, but our server was quick and handled the entire place on her own (with one bus person). Kudos to the kitchen. My burger was perfect!

The environment is nice and a pleasant atmosphere. The TVs all seem to have different shows. They do play music ranging mostly early 2000s during our stop here. The window view does have a good view of the sound, but in terms of food quality the Clam Chowder was okay. It did lack seasoning and would probably reccomenend additional clam. The plating was well done. The service was good, but food was poor. It lacked flavoring and the avocado was more liquidy and overdone. Would not recommend.

Burger was very tasty and not greasy. Beer was good too!

Hard pass. Dined on a Saturday night, party of 8. Painfully slow service despite many open tables. Took over twenty minutes to deliver a Diet Coke. Kids were served before us but took so long to deliver adults’ entrees that kids were done well before our food even arrived. My nachos were probably the worst I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Thin layer of cheese, burned chips, scant toppings, totally phoned in. Others in our party also unimpressed. Server was aloof and, to top it all off, overcharged our entire party. (I am still trying to sort this out with the restaurant. Called them yesterday, was told manager would return call in the afternoon, haven’t heard back yet. If they weren’t busy on a Saturday night, I can’t imagine they had much traffic on a sub-freezing Monday evening.)
