We were the first ones in, no one greeted us. When we asked questions, the worker looked at us like we were wasting her time. Forgot about our tea. Asked us if we needed a bag for our food and handed us a folded up bag. It felt like we were an inconvenience. She even ignored us when we told her about a spill by the front door. However, the manager walked in right as we were leaving and was super friendly. The food itself was delicious!

This was my second time here. And it's not bad...but it's also not what you would expect from a place that's literal specialty is supposed to be meatballs. It had been a couple years since our first visit and so we came to give it a try again and it was quite underwhelming. The meatballs were pretty dry. The star of them all was the meatballs of the month they had. They were marinated in what tasted like BBQ sauce pineapple and pork something or other. I love gravy on my mashed potatoes but they were too salty to put gravy on them. I hope this was a flook visit and the meatballs will be juicier and tender if we return in the future.

real home cooked quality loved the citrusy zing of the slaw mash and rice had phenomenal texture big fat juicy meat balls not the cheapest meal of all time but certainly made up for it in quality and portion size

I’ve seen many tiktoks of this place and was super excited to try it out. When we arrived we were the only customers. Both cashiers were extremely unfriendly, one even had an ear bud in. I don’t think either staff smiled once while we were there. Only one other patron came in while we were there. The staff seemed to treat him with attitude as well. It felt like we were a burden for coming in and ordering food at a restaurant. My boyfriend didn’t end up ordering all he wanted because after they completed his manic meal they took the food to the register and gave us a total, didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else, they did ask about drinks but at that point we just wanted to leave. We felt unwelcome. Also the fries were just sitting in a bowl on the counter, they were oily, slimy and inedible. We only have a 15 minute drive, those fries looked bad when they were put in the to-go container so it wasn’t the drive that made this meal bad. We were originally disappointed with the service but the food was equally as disappointing. We were there June 21st 3:17pm.

kept seeing this place on tiktok, so we decided to visit when we where in the area. the person behind the counter was very short and i felt like we where bothering her. the food was fine i enjoyed the cucumber salad the most but the gravy was bland for the meatballs. probably wouldn’t visit again

I agree with what some of the other reviewers have said lately, the woman working the drive thru today was not friendly and was short with us, like we were bothering esp because it took a LONG time to come to the window when there was no one in front of us or behind us or in the parking lot. The mashed potatoes were pretty good and the meatballs were good. I would skip the noodles and the green beans, dry. The Shells and cheese dish was tasty. Overall it was just average and with the poor customer service and long drive for me to even go there, I wouldn’t go back.

The staff was very helpful and suggestive for my picky appetite and I swore I wouldn't eat it all! ×A FEW MOMENTS LATER* Fingers licked and container disposed of 🤣 As I left, my waiter said, "See you for dinner!" When we got to the restaurant we were ordering and the women didn’t know what she was doing, and she was being rude because she didn’t know what she was talking about, after we paid she said okay and closed the window, we realized we were missing some food and had to go inside. The food was disappointing, you could taste the old oil that the fries were fried in and covered in grease, and they rip you off because the fries are cut so thin. The cheese shells were undercooked and the meatballs were so gross that we didn’t even finish them. For the dessert don’t even try it, one bite and immediately spit out. Bad customer service and bad food. Please fix this or else I will call the state to do a inspection the way I was treated was highly unprofessional and the food was disgusting.

We had a great visit to Manic Meatballs. The bacon wrapped meatballs are still in my head. I was impressed with the smokyness of the green beans. I loved the sweet baked beans and the dark-cooked, homemade applesauce! I liked the high-end, special brand of soda on the fountain too. We want to come back soon!
