I came here to read and work. There is lots of seating and the vibes are calming and peaceful to me (minus the construction just outside). I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that but I enjoy the Black tea. There weren't many people there early in the morning but it started filling up after 9. I'm going back there for sure.

Didn't go in. Google Maps is incorrect. There is no parking. Tiny, cute spot on a street busy with construction.
