I work at the Tacoma mall. I went there today and got my employee discount. What was supposed to be 9.91 after tax, it ended up being 12.30 after I checked my bank statement. I noticed the owner of the establishment quickly entered 10.25 thinking I wouldn't notice or I'm stupid. He then proceeds to give himself a tip of 2 more dollars. That's deceitful, disrespectful and disgraceful as a business owner. Will not make a big deal out of it. But will never eat there again. The food is always over done and now I know the owner practices shadey business methods, thieves will be thieves.

Horrible service. 20 minutes for two regular shakes. Partly because the messed up the previous person's order of one large shake. So instead of giving us our two shakes and fixing his one. They gave him our two regular shakes. Right in front of me after I asked if I could have our two shakes which were sitting there ready on the counter.

Spent $40.00 on amazing food!!! Everything was fresh and made there in the restaurant. It reminds me of five guys with seafood, and was outstanding in both taste and service!!! Everything tasted like how you would imagine a fast food place in the 60s would be like.Parking: Only a few parking spots, but very easy to park at.

It's just your average fast food. It's quality fast food.....as in how it used to be back in the day. I was very impressed! Both my catfish sandwich and chicken sandwich were amazing. Salad was fresh and made with care as well....great place. Have to experience it for yourself!

I almost did not stop here for lunch because of the low star reviews, but man am I glad that I did! We live in a society that is ran by corporations who are driving small businesses out. I would much rather take my chances at a new burger joint than go to McDonald's for below mediocre food that doesn't mold. So, I decided to give Burger Meister a try, and they did not disappoint. First let's talk about the cashiers and food preppers. They are all friendly and will take the time to actually talk to you. The next one to talk about is the owner. It is so easy to see where is passion lies. Just talking to him for a few minutes you can tell what kind of person he is. Kind, caring, and he has integrity. I won't go into the reason why I say this, just need to know that he is a good guy who loves his business. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and OMG was it delicious! It wasn't the kind if sad filet you would get at McDonald's or even Churches. It was an actual tenderized chicken breast that was done when I ordered it, not 5 minutes before. The fries are home cut fries. Think 5 Guys fries! I will definitely be coming back. I am glad I gave Burger Meister a chance. You should too!

Been here a few different times because the burgers are just plain addictive,the shrimp po boy is a classic taste authentic, but what really surprised me tonight what's the catfish and chips obviously the star of being the catfish. I live down south in South Carolina for 17 years and in North Carolina for another total of 8 years. We know a thing or two about catfish and by far this is the one of the tastiest moist catfish that I've ever had in my life, the spicy tartar sauce just as it tastes of that New Orleans cuisine and seasoning that you can't find anywhere else. I will definitely be going back tomorrow for at least another one and the customer service was delightful like how I just went through a Chick-fil-A drive-thru ?
Not bad burger spot. Prices are pretty affordable. I got the jr deluxe cheeseburger and it was reminiscent of a McDonald's cheeseburger...the patty was pretty small. My partner got the sourdough burger and there's nothing fresh (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) but she said it was a good basic. Fries were obviously fresh and the onion rings were okay.

We went late on a Monday night. The drive thru was open, and the person working let us know it was only two of them so it may take a little longer. That wasn't a problem for us, and the food ended up being fresh so definitely didn't mind! The customer service was top notch. We appreciated the warning of a possible wait and they were very friendly. They even let us know about construction happening near by in case we were headed that way. The burgers were hot and fresh. Very good! The fries weren't my thing, but my boyfriend really liked them. I would definitely recommend this place. It was also cool that they were open late. Try it out!
