AGAIN, a missing item but don't realize it until we get home. Paid $9.99 for a Big Mac meal and find no BIG MAC. I filled out the survey on the receipt and all I got was a big fat sorry.

This used to be my favorite McDonalds….. but how has the ordering system been down on numerous occasions?

They usually have a comment regarding “not accepting cash payments”….

But this time, they “can’t process mobile order but if you want to pay again you can order here”.

There’s a 5-10 day refund period.

Wasted time, gas, and energy.

Serious thumbs down to management. Clearly your staff doesn’t care enough to do their entire job or the owners don’t care enough to ensure they store in prepared to properly do their jobs.

Deluxe crispy chicken was thrown in the box and tomatoes weren't even spread out but in a stack with mayo everywhere. Sad to spend so much for sloppy food

Sat in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Cars were only moving about every 5 minutes.

Asked for my fries to be cooked a little longer. They even made me pull up to the 3rd window for my fries. Pulled into the parking lot to eat and the fries were still soggy… That’s the new thing with every mc Donald’s. Undercooked soggy fries. the hamburger Pattie’s in our cheeseburgers were so old and hard we couldn’t eat them. Disgusting… please add an extra 20 seconds to the cooking time on fries. And don’t serve week old hamburger patties. Also terrible location for a door. Some kids ran out infront of my car as I was waiting at the 3rd window. So someone leaving the drive thru can end up hitting a customer leaving the building with the blind spot there.

I just got plastic in my burger…

At 9am on a Sunday morning, I forgot I was on the hook to make breakfast for a meeting of 40 people at 10am. I downloaded the McDonald's app and ordered $250 of breakfast muffins, biscuits, bagels and burritos.

I got to the restaurant at 930am and they had EVERYTHING ready, separated in bags, condiments, napkins and utensils. The manager who was in charge was on point. The food was hot, fresh and exactly as ordered. I wish I had the gentleman's name who was manager so I could mention him here - it was literally the best service I've had at any McDonald's.

I didn't know the McDonald's had moved to their own brand new store next to the Chevron station they used to be. The restaurant was immaculately clean, quite atmosphere and service was amazing. Food was hot, fresh and exactly as ordered.

This will be my go-to McDonald's from now on. Thank you!

My daughters and I saw a male employee use the women’s restroom, and he didn’t have cleaning supplies with him. He was in there the entire time we were there, at least a half an hour.

I’m glad my daughters didn’t have to use the restroom while we were there.

I’m sad McDonald’s allows this. Never coming here again.

Getting charged for deluxes or double burgers and we aren’t getting them. Ordered a nugget happy meal only to get home and realize there were no nuggets in the box. We also get cold and stale fries sometimes. This is the closest location to our home and we tend to go if we have a long day at work and get out late at night as there isn’t much else open and we are too tired to cook. We keep coming back and giving them chances as we understand sometimes mistakes are made but we are done with this location. Give people what you charge them for.

McDonald’s use to actually care about the experience of the guest, sad that’s not the case anymore. Came in for breakfast and had a lobby of about 10 people waiting without a single employee asking any of the guests what we were waiting for or needed. All they care about is drive thru times and leaving guests standing around while multiple employees in the kitchen just stare. I had a mobile order to pick up and an employee just dropped the meal on the counter without saying the order number or a name…. Just left it there. It sat for a good 20 minutes before I even realized it was my order because of course I was hesitant on checking someone else’s bag. If the employee would’ve announced in the beginning what the order was it could’ve saved so much time and also prevented my food and coffee from cooling down:( please do better…. Actually show concern for the guests in the lobby like you guys used to do.

The food here is pretty good at a very reasonable price. The service is usually extremely fast on the weekdays, though it is slower than a snail occasionally. Being an employee at a business right next to this location, I order from here often, and I'll definitely order more in the future. If you haven't tried it, I would really recommend grabbing a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe Meal with the 20% off $10+ deal. You only end up paying around $11 total and the meal is very much worth the money you spend on it.
