Just for that alone it goes from 4 to 2 for me.

I walked 3 blocks up a hill to get soggy food from this location I ordered from the app within 5 seconds of paying in the app said my order was ready when I got there to pick it up it wasn't even cooked the Fry's were soggy and mushy the burger wasn't even cooked all the way there was bacon on it that was still frozen this is honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been too

Went to walk in dining area && MANAGER states "THATS WHY WE HAVE A WALK UP WINDOW" EVEN the customers said "SASSSSSSY" 😀 Got in my vehicle and immediately left.

Tenay who is GM needs definite coaching. 1. The screen is broken so you cant see your order. In addition the audio is also off.. After waiting almost 8 minutes for my $48.00 order to be placed it was presented wrong. All 3 burgers were to be plain they weren't. Simple fix. Since lobby is closed i unfortunately had to drive back through wait and re order. She asked for the food back. No problem already ready. She asked for the receipt. Already in window. Her response "well it wasn't rang up that way, so...... What does she want?!" Ma'am idgaf, i ordered it that way and paid completing my responsibilities.. i don't ring anything up. She turns her back to me mid conversation just and walks away while yelling over her shoulder "She can just be parked!" I'm now waiting 15 mins for the very simplest of cheeseburgers that McDonalds was literally founded on quickly mass producing. It's unfortunate that her attitude was so nasty. Shes a very pretty plus size girl but that aggression and hostility makes her very undesirable. Prayers for healing.

This is the 5th time that I have ordered my kids food for the delivery both on the McDonald's app and door dash in the last almost year and everytime my daughter NEVER gets her dipping sauce for her nuggets. Even with me calling and asking them not to forget or the Dasher also double check for me they still don't put it in there. I am not asking for extra sauce just the sauce that comes with it.

It’s a drive through not really much to be said outside that. It’s fast it’s relatively cheap and it’s convenient

Drive thru was speed was great...I ordered and picked up my food quickly wow.. keep it up, McDonald's !!...only complaint i have is the Coke Cola doesn't taste like it supposed to it has a weird taste!
