I went through the drive thru and ordered food for my kids and it was completely wrong and yea was unsweetened and water when I told them about it they said this is what I ordered and shut the window didn’t even listen to what I had to say. So I wasted 20$ for food we didn’t want. I know it’s fast food but these workers were very rude.

Ever since McDonalds went to the self service option eating inside has become a nightmare. Decided to dine in and not a single table was clean, wiped down and the staff entering the lobby/eating area didn't seem to care. Ketchup smeared on tables, crumbs of food, used napkins, empty cups. Yes as a patron you need to clean up but the workers should attend to this as well

Ordered on Uber for breakfast at 9:30 and said they didn't have my order so it switched to 3 drivers and now at 11 am they say we can't do breakfast after 10:30am you people at this McDonald's are incapable of filling a order i will never order nothing from here and I will make sure my people won't either.

Okay McDonald's is fast food establishment this is one of the most fastest one I seen they constantly have a line going can direct them to park to decide to wait for our order somebody will come and running out with her order and it's always right I don't know if I would like to work like that and have to run all day not for minimum wage but these guys are giving it their best

I bought 2 Large fries and they weren’t even filled up all the way. You can’t be doing that with prices like this. Also this location needs to change their GREASE. The fried food at this location is absolutely terrible in comparison to other McDonald’s in the area. Just wish I didn’t come here. I’ll never come back to this location.

The new open looks is nice, they have a buzzer button to let you into the bathrooms as well, no drink station so we had to ask for an extra straw after sitting down. But all in all we came at about 3pm and it wasn’t too busy to order via the app and come in to sit down.

My order is correct, but There's only 1 patty in each of my 2 mcdoubles, not going to order here again
They're so short-staffed! I had a McDonald's mobile order, and when I got to the drive-thru, they said they could only do DoorDash and Uber Eats because they didn't have enough people working tonight. I get it's New Year's Day, but if you can't staff your restaurant, don't open it.

Just went there at 910 am 100th st location. I ordered breakfast with an ice tea and was given a glass with warm tea. I said can I get ice for my ice tea and the lady said no. I said doesn’t ice tea come with ice? She said no have a nice day and closed the window on me. I had to go to a different McDonald’s in Lakewood to get some ice. Thanks for wasting my time. Just remember ice tea does have ice in it
