I've been having a hard time with this location lately. This morning they rang us up for an egg mc muffin instead of a sausage mc muffin and when I sent my husband back they replaced it but didnt give him back the difference considering the egg mc muffin is more expensive. Tonight I wanted some chicken nuggets (im breastfeeding and in the newborn trenches ok dont judge me for going twice in one day lol) and im assuming the fryer temp is either too low or they're pulling things early bc my French fries were NOT the golden standard, they were very light in color and soggy, and my nuggies were also grossly squishy and not crispy at all. I decided to ignore the soggy fries and just ask for my nuggets to be replaced. I called and staff was super nice about it so i once again sent my poor husband back to fix it, feeling terrible that im not cleared to drive myself, and they were atleast hot this time but still soggy and not crispy at all. I have autoimmune issues and just gave birth so im hyper vigilant about my food being cooked to temp and this is not cool. Please check fryer temps or talk to staff about not pulling early please. Drive times aren't worth someone getting sick and im tired of wasting my money.

I went for ice-cream. I haven’t been in McDonald's for a long time, except to use the restroom. Everything is different! I had no idea how to use the kiosk. A very nice employee helped me order a McFlurry.

Ordered 2 $5 meals deals and a number 6a, 2 ranch snack wraps. I received 2 medium drinks and 1small drink, and 3 small fries. I was also missing my second snack wrap. I was irritated. Not only that, but like normal for my recent few visits, my fries were half full.
I just wanted to stop and get a quick dinner for my kids after a hot evening at practice, and we ended up all kinds of messed up.

The lady took 3 orders from the second drive through line before I gave up waiting and drove to the window to order. She huffed and puffed at me upset .. worried they spat in my food.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here either. The service is terrible most of the staff members are extremely rude and disrespectful, both to customers and even to their own coworkers. There’s barely any sense of professionalism or care for how things are run.
I recently came back just to see if anything had changed, and it was just as bad. My food was carelessly thrown into the bag, fries spilled everywhere, and my burger looked like it had been slapped together in five seconds with no effort. If you’re looking for good service or a decent meal, this is definitely not the place to go.
This place is a joke. I have logged in with my work Gmail just to leave a second one-star review. They regularly short staff the store at night, then stop taking orders from the drive through window and only accept uber eats and door dash orders. I had already paid for my food through the app. And had to cancel it because they refused to process the order. The app says the refunds take up to 7 days and that's unacceptable. Plus the old battle ax that they have working the drive through window at night lacks any tact whatsoever, every time I speak with her, it feels like she really, really hates her job and I feel sorry for her really, that she can't work at a place that supports their staff.

I've been here three times in the drive thru and everytime I have to wait 10 minutes in my car for food. If you order a large here you'll end up with this. Highly recommend anyone go across the street to burgerking.
