This location has a few EXTREMELY unprofessional workers. The wait was long and the fries weren't done. The health score says great but the health department needs to do more frequent visits to the location. The manager with the mixed colored hair told one of the workers that she didn't care about the quality of the food that went out. She encourages the workers under her to be disrespectful to customers. I was actually afraid that if I complained further she would go off on me. I had an experience with this same manager years ago when this McDonald's was next door at the gas station. She likes to try to intimidate customers and cuss them out. I'm not sure how the GM is okay with her and other like her representing this company.

Every time I've been at this location the food...fries,,burgers, etc. Have always been fresh and hot.one time my breakfast order wasn't complete...I called the location and they were more than willing to,not only give me the rest of my order...but replace the entire order. Great costumer service.

Clean, not busy at all. The service was extremely slow. The presentation of my food was really messy. Empty parking lot, 1 customer inside 2 at drive thru and myself at curbside. It took 20 minutes for my food and I had to go into pick it up and my food was cold.

Horrible customer service, not just once. Drive thu assuming you're done after the first selection and telling you to pull forward. Getting the orders completely wrong and an unprofessional attitude when you try to correct your order. Come here if you like having an entitled teen choose your food for you, like a mystery prize.

Even though it's a fast food, I still expect professional and friendly service. It seems as if this McDonald's caters solely to take out. There was no counter presence, and as I was sitting at my table waiting for my order ( which I used the kiosk), i watched several pick-up drivers waiting and waiting for their orders, then looking through the bag to make sure the order was correct. Why even offer a dine in?
