Busy drive through, very quick moving. My ice cream cone was fire!
Literally just had the WORST experience tonight, it was 9:30pm and I was waiting in line for almost 30 minutes to order. When I get the speaker I’m told “hey we aren’t taking anymore orders we are backed up.” Like excuse me? There is a line of people waiting behind me and in front. I can’t even get out of the line. I’ve waited almost 30 minutes to be told I can’t order and they aren’t even closing soon… make it makes sense. I’ll never come back here. Worse experience ever. Maybe next time send someone out to close the lines instead of waiting half an hour to tell us we can’t order.

Front clerk has no personality. Have pictures put of people with opinions on what the staff or the owner thinks about them. I think it is very unprofessional. If they stole then put their picture up. No need to have name calling or titles on the pictures. First and last time I will be in there.

Placed a mobile order and had to wait 15 minutes. When discussing with manager she did in the drive thrunt give an adequate explanation outside of being busy with the solution of take our food or take a refund. Waoting for fresh fries is not an excuse. Took refund since there was no courtesy regarding the delay and the refund took an additional 10 minutes.
