Just a wonderful place to take an unmolested dump!
There food is good and staff is ok but when I go they give me the wrong food and I have to turn around and get it again and I just hate having to do that and today I asked for a Mc crispy and they gave me a hot and spicy McChicken and I never asked for that and they added chicken nuggets and they never asked for that so honestly, I would say dine in so they could hear you better cause they just be getting everything wrong Sorry it’s the truth.

I just left the drive through less than 10 minutes ago. The assistant manager Megan was very rude and disrespectful, I got COLD fries and came back around and she had a snobby attitude and told me she wouldn’t take my fries back because they just dropped those. I took some out to eat and that’s how I found out they were cold, they barely put fries in them to begin with. Megan thinking that I tried to hand her back fries that were half eaten after her and her teams mistake is classless. This was the night shift at around 11:58 on 05/06/25. I would stay far away if you’re looking for good customer service I will be going to corporate for the disrespectful words that were said to me. Again her name is MEGAN and she is the assistant manager of that establishment. Also if I can I will post a photo of her face so everyone knows who she is!
They never get my order right. They Always forget something.
I use the app to get the specials to save a little money when I can. Then, I use my accumulated points for other items. I like the egg mcmuffin if I can make it by 10:30!
Everyone is always pleasant
If something goes wrong with the order and you need to wait longer than usual the management will apologize profusely and make it good for you!
Foods good like normal never have problems here but I've gotten the big mac messed up twice in the past week from this location
While probably not the best choice as far as health goes- I do really like ordering on the mobile app and then picking up at the window. Much easier to order and faster thru the line. I have a loud (ish) car and it doesn't like the drive through much. Side pipes are murder for those you know.

I could hear the Manger on shift yelling, belitting the staff, and treating workers horribly for the employees not being trained properly.
Friday 3/14/25 night shift This is the most unprofessional McDonald’s ever. I ordered two quarter pounder meals. Immidiatly after I went to eat a fry and the food was cold. I went over and wanted to return food and get a refund. Told me they don’t refund anyone and I can take the food or leave and pay for nothing.
Really good pretty good and tasty and the servise was so good.
Drive thru is always pretty busy, but the line moves fast. The customer service is great, way better than most locations. It's always my first choice if I want McDonald's
Is it too much to ask that the staff double check the contents of the bag with the receipt? I hate finding out 20 minutes later that half my order is missing.
Also, if they can't read numbers, what guarantee do I have that the right number of sugar or cream is in my coffee?
These little things make a big difference. Very disappointed that people can't do a simple job.
P.S. The self checkout is still out of paper.
