I’m a delivery driver and I deliver from this location. And I walked in and saw the order I needed to pick up was ready. I asked if I could have it. They served five other customers added nothing to my bag and then finally handed it to me so it was ready. and when they handed it to me, it was soaked so they had to redo the whole thing

Bad everything i ordered 4dubblevcheese just ketchup an mustard and a mid fry get up to the window was told to wait around the corner at the #3spot so um waiting an about 20mins go by um like wth get out the car an try to get someone attention nobody's sees me so um knocking on the door now nothing for another 10mins so I call the place tell them wat happen they then give me my food another 10mins later an act like it was all fine I was there from 10:15to10:55 just to get hm with the food an it has onions on it an no salt on the frys like they did it all on purpose never again

I love their classic latte and ice cream cone! This time, they gave me the ice cream first and asked me to wait in the parking lot for the latte. I waited about 5 minutes, which was totally fine. Both were delicious — worth the wait!

It was as always, good. The drive thru was very busy for it being 11:30 at night, on a Thursday. May explain why our order was mixed up and incorrect but, it was still good. I ain't mad..they're are just young kids trying their best. Isnt worth me getting wild over a few bucks difference and wanting 10 pcs nuggets and getting 3 strips. It all eats and taste the same

There food is good and staff is ok but when I go they give me the wrong food and I have to turn around and get it again and I just hate having to do that and today I asked for a Mc crispy and they gave me a hot and spicy McChicken and I never asked for that and they added chicken nuggets and they never asked for that so honestly, I would say dine in so they could hear you better cause they just be getting everything wrong Sorry it’s the truth.

I just left the drive through less than 10 minutes ago. The assistant manager Megan was very rude and disrespectful, I got COLD fries and came back around and she had a snobby attitude and told me she wouldn’t take my fries back because they just dropped those. I took some out to eat and that’s how I found out they were cold, they barely put fries in them to begin with. Megan thinking that I tried to hand her back fries that were half eaten after her and her teams mistake is classless. This was the night shift at around 11:58 on 05/06/25. I would stay far away if you’re looking for good customer service I will be going to corporate for the disrespectful words that were said to me. Again her name is MEGAN and she is the assistant manager of that establishment. Also if I can I will post a photo of her face so everyone knows who she is!
