The truth is the service is really bad, but there are people who have to wait 40 to 45 minutes for an order and the people not only do not serve in a good way but they also act reluctantly.People take too long to place orders. I don't know if it's because they lack staff.There can't be a person in charge of delivering orders and opening the bathroom for visitors, which makes everything take a long time, and the customer waiting and the people who make deliveries also take a long time.

The service here is consistently terrible. Yesterday I ordered off the McDonald’s app at this location at 10, and when I arrived to the location around 10:15 the line took so long to get through that it was around 10:25 by the time I got to the window. Told them the name for the order, and was told that because I was not present by the time their breakfast ended at 10:30 (mind you we were there before that) that they didn’t have my order. They were holding my smoothie and breakfast McGriddles in their hand and refused to give them to me despite them being already paid for. They then promised a speedy refund because “the system already cancelled it, so the refund should come right away” and I still have not got one today. Have to dispute through my bank because they are liars, lazy, and incredibly difficult to work with. Even if your system cancels online orders at a certain time, you don’t have to be rude and disrespectful, and don’t tell me a refund will happen if it won’t. Complete waste of time.

I rarely come to this McDonald’s and every time I forget why and stop in I get reminded why. Service is sloooow and bad and costumer service (management) is no help. After waiting in drive through line I was told there where problems with my mobile order then told sorry nothing we can do. So spoke with the manager. As a manager at a different kind of business there is always something you can do to help other then just apologize. I would recommend everyone avoid this McDonald’s and poor management.

This is the worst and most rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I work for DoorDash and I’ve waited in line for 47 minutes for this lady’s order. I can’t get out because the drive-through is packed. I finally get the window and this rude woman says are you DoorDash? I said yes, she slams the window shut and starts talking with five other associates about who knows what. While cars are literally honking in the drive-through. They’re in there talking not working at all not caring that there is literally 10 cars waiting that I’ve already paid and they’re in there drinking free orange juice having a laughing stock and everybody in line I can’t wait any longer I had to back out of the order and leave the drive-through. I feel terrible for the lady but I didn’t have another 25 minutes to wait for their order I Will never go back to this McDonald’s ever again any DoorDash I get for this McDonald’s I will not accept the orders. Stay away from here. The people are rude. They don’t care about how your time is. Spent go to a different location.

Horrible experience tonight. It was a Saturday night about 11 pm. I went through the drive thru expecting it to take 20-30 minutes with 8 cars in front of me. 54 minutes into waiting in line they asked me about a different order and had lost mine. If it takes that long to make fast food I really don't want to eat it either it's old or the cook doesn't know what they are doing. I got my food it took a hour I don't think it ever should take that long I'm very disappointed and I will just go to a bar for food on a Saturday next time. Worse experience ever and the employees didn't care one bit. I understand a little wait as I'm a cook but if I did something like that at my work I'd be fired and it seems like you embrace people wasting your time and money. Also my McChickens were so dry I could tell they were held for at least a hour they were not cooked fresh. I know like I said I'm a cook your crew is not practicing good food safety regulations and it should be looked at.

Watched four separate people in kitchen walking around and eating and drinking and on their phones instead of serving guests and pushing out food—while there were 11 people in the dining room waiting on their food. Never thought I'd rate a mcdonalds... I watched the employee as he made my smoothie... wasnt mixed all the way, was overflowing, and got all over my hands and car, the idk how he got the lid on it was pouring out, also taste watered down. My sundae had ice cream all around the bottom and sides? Again getting in my car. As you can see they put a whole bottle of mayo on my sandwich. They also forgot some items. If I could give 0 stars I would. There are millions of people who would are in need of a job.....
