I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe meal not spicy and of course they would mess it up. Got a skimpy sandwich with very little to no lettuce or tomatoes and a boatload of what tasted like a Chipotle sauce or some kind of spicy sauce that does not ever go on the sandwich when you order it non-spicy. These folks want minimum wage to be 15 to $20 an hour but they can't even fill out a simple food order.

Samoan lady is so rude. She makes me wait15/20min for medium size coffee. Ordered at 11:48pm received the 2 coffees at 12:12pm. The Samoan lady told me if I can’t wait that I could leave. What… why?!

The service was alright not like some of the others i have been too. I ordered food, and sat down in the lobby there was garbage still left on other tables not sure how long they have been there, both garbages in the lobby were also full so that’s why people just left there garbage on the tables. When I left they were not that busy. Not hardly anyone in the drive through and two other parties in the lobby and play place combined. Definitely needs some improvement.

Every single time we go they make us pull around and park. Even when there’s not a single other person in line. I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive through line either. Yall really need to hire more people especially to work at night. Why is the line wrapped around the building and not moving at all at 12am??? This is SLOW food.

Took 27 minutes to get 1 medium fries and 2 pies at 8pm. Dined in and they forgot about it even though the place was practically empty. Went after 15 minutes and they informed me that they had just put the pies in, went again at 25 minutes and they realized they forgot about my order and took them a couple minutes to even find the pies. Kids area was extreme cold and the tables were very dirty.
I was using a deal at the kiosk, and for some reason the item was not showing up on the kiosk. I asked the worker at the front desk for help and she said that the kiosk is broken and won’t allow some deals due to a glitch so I asked her to help me out at the front desk with it and she Refused to help out and said that I already used my deal on the kiosk so she’s not gonna let me use it at the desk even though she watched that the kiosk was not working and told me that the deal did not work on there. Update- went 5 min down the road to another Mcdonalds and they immediately fixed the code issue. This Pacific Mcdonalds was just choosing to not help with the issue.
