Today they served me a cold cheeseburger without melting the cheese and more onions on the wrapper than on the burger, yikes!

Literally out of the 5 times i have come here they have screwed given me someone else's order 3 of them. This McDonald's doesn't know how to keep track of where they send people after they have ordered. I will not be coming back

Wait for 20 minutes on a 3 item mobile order and smoothie comes out covered in smoothie on the outside, also not full. Food order not correct.
Go to any other McDonald's 😆😆

They forgot the bottom bun of my burger and threw it in the box. The box was soaked amd greasy. Highly unacceptable. It was a plain burger. Thats bunch meat and cheese. How do you possibly forget bun!?! Will share pic if I can figure out how to upload it here

I prefer this one over the one on 38th. Employees and managers have a much better attitude. Orders are correct. And they're fast.

My only issue was that it's! Not the most easily accessible place to navigate. It's very small parking lot didn't have much space to offer and it's was a little confusing trying to figure out how get into the drive thru area.
Parking: Minimal parking stalls and very tough to navigate in a larger vehicle such as a pickup truck

usually i'll get my food on the app but i saw this karen going at mcdonald's for the size and price of a egg mcmuffin and i wished there was a way to reply to this person who calls themselves lord howe productions and tell them to download the app as they're deals on breakfast. but to complain about the price. you get what you eat. goodness gracias. but still getting my food from this location still. - richard

Every experience with mcdonalds progressively gets worse. I'm done with mcdonalds. Wendys never come with issues and they're cheaper. Tired of receiving my order 30 minutes after it was placed with no other customers in store or in the drive through.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder. They asked me to pull up and park that they would bring my food out to me. I pulled up and waited for my food. It arrived undercooked.

We ordered from online and asked if they could make the fries fresh and they said they can't cuz they don't have a button then we got the fries and the guy at the window said something I couldn't make it out but those were the nastiest fries I've ever had in my entire life I didn't know you could get french fries that nasty tasted like pure old grease

Guy at the window has AirPods in. You shouldn’t have AirPods in at work when you are working in customer service. Didn’t even hand me a receipt and got an attitude when I asked. They don’t listen when you order. They are always messing up.
The often forget things and since you don’t get a receipt you can’t go back to get your items.
Dakota however if the best thing to ever happen to that place
