If I could only give half I sure would due to the fact of people getting food before me. The fact that I order some socks due that was an option and then you choose on your own to give me 5 bucks cash instead of asking if I wanted anything else for it. How rude was that when I paid card?? Com on get it together cause that’s a disappointment for someone who is on a lunch break and only has a little bit of time to eat!!
Great customers service in drive thru lane. Dakota is very professional and polite.

Came here for breakfast and was ignored. Not one person greeted me and there were probably five people behind the counter. I ended up having to use the kiosk. Ordered, sat down and waiting around 10-15 minutes for my food. Had big breakfast with hotcakes. When it arrived no syrup, butter, hash browns or utensils. I was also the only person in the store. I seems like they only care about drive thru and pick up orders. Some of the worst customer service ever and I used to work for McDonald's. Not sure if I'll be back if this is an indication of regular service.

The staff are friendly, efficient. I rated the food a 2 ,not because it was cooked wrong, only because I don't like to eat McDonald's. The atmosphere was light and friendly. We were there for a fundraiser and we couldn't have asked for any more cooperation and kindness to us all. The staff at McDonald's made the day. Thank you.

This McDonald’s sucks. Every single time we come here we have to park on the side and wait 10 to 15 minutes for our food and it’s not even fresh half of the time. I’d recommend any other Tacoma McDonald’s

McDonald’s seems to want you to use the app or their kiosks inside than serve you at the counter. That’s fine, but if you can’t use a coupon to enter into the systems you still have to go to the counter to make the transaction.
Had to wait for almost a couple of minutes, while all the other employees just look at you and not acknowledge or at least say “we’ll be right with you “ and most of them were management, then the employee that finally served me was more interested in his notifications on his phone than to take your order.

They had an extra drive through window I thought was interesting they did a great job taking order and completing it. Correctly

Need better customer service. You shouldn't take 15 mins to get my food.
Literally every request made for the order was ignored. Got ALL the ingredients on ALL of the meals despite requesting pickles and onions not be added so our child would eat their meal. It almost seems like there is EXTRA of all the things we requested be left off. Terrible location.

I was in the drive thru around 1:30 AM on 10/25/2025. When ordering my meal I ordered a water to go with it. The person taking my order told me I was not allowed to order water with my meal. To me that is absurdity especially since I am paying for food. Then when I received my food instead of receiving a Dasani, I received a Niagara water bottle which is the brand sold at Home Depot and it was already opened. I also asked for honey mustard and they informed me they were out only for me to find a honey mustard in the bag after telling me no. Idk who is managing this place but they need to get better staff on night shift.
When i ordered happy meal i asked the cashier what toy was my kid getting and he said KPOP. Went to the 2nd window to pickup the happy meal and asked again to confirm that I'm getting KPOP toy with it and the employee said yes. Got home very excited my daughter open the box and it had a toy from STITCH. She got very sad. It was already late so we dint bother going back. Call the next morning and the employee who took the call was sooo rude that it made my daughter cry. She said we never had KPOP toys. The bottom line is, MC DONALD has to retrain their employees and every shift should get briefing on customer service and products availability. And this is not the 1st time it has happened at this location. They made my child cry which made me write this review.

Why did I pay $5.99 for a Filet-O-Fish with a tiny slice of cheese? It's really funny actually! We're all laughing at home.
