your classic McDonald’s if you’re there at 10:25 they still will not serve you breakfast even though you ordered it online previously when breakfast doesn’t even end until 10:30 staff is rude especially the lady at the first window

McDonalds at North Pearl Street, Tacoma WA. This fast food restaurant has the worst customer service McDonald offers. The guy taking orders has an attitude without any empathy at all. I asked him for an egg McMuffin and he served without checking the order so I had to change it. I asked for a coffee stick to mix the sugar in my coffee and he said we don’t have sticks (this is my second visit in a week w/o sticks) and suggested sarcastically to used a soda straw, he wish me a good day and went on to laugh with his friends ignoring customers. The owner of this franchise is loosing money with employees like this. I am sending a straw so you can see the plastic melted after only three shakes. Completely unprofessional and disregard of our health. Dr. Richard.

I don't know about the food or the service because I went here with my daughter because we saw that it had a playplace. When we went in she excitedly went in the playplace room only to be told by an employee that we weren't allowed in there because it was closed. It looked like it hadn't been used in quite a long time. We drove back to our hometown 30 minutes away to eat a late lunch and enjoy a McDonald's with an operational playplace.

Kid-friendliness: The pearl store needs a new store manager Marcus for example. Any problems store manager hides in the back and storing leaders make the store run effectively. They need a strong manager. Now.

My kids and I have been coming to this McDonalds for years and for years their Play Place has been closed. When I ask about it, the answer I get is that it has been closed for 5 years, and no one is able to give us an answer for when it will be reopened. Not sure why they have a PlayPlace if it just sits vacant forever. We have stopped going to this McDonalds.

Cold fries, ugh. Maybe it was just today but whoever is in the back preparing the food cannot read or doesn’t care - I don’t blame them, working a bad job for worse pay - but the order was a plain burger no sauce, but came fully sauced. Had to throw the whole thing out, cool waste of money. Thanks!

McDonalds! What more can you say, they just about got it all. Burgers, Salads, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Nuggets, Ice Creams, to happy meals. Although, I'd like to know CA got grinch boxes for the holidays and you chose not to do it in the US?
