I don't know about the food or the service because I went here with my daughter because we saw that it had a playplace. When we went in she excitedly went in the playplace room only to be told by an employee that we weren't allowed in there because it was closed. It looked like it hadn't been used in quite a long time. We drove back to our hometown 30 minutes away to eat a late lunch and enjoy a McDonald's with an operational playplace.

Kid-friendliness: The pearl store needs a new store manager Marcus for example. Any problems store manager hides in the back and storing leaders make the store run effectively. They need a strong manager. Now.

My kids and I have been coming to this McDonalds for years and for years their Play Place has been closed. When I ask about it, the answer I get is that it has been closed for 5 years, and no one is able to give us an answer for when it will be reopened. Not sure why they have a PlayPlace if it just sits vacant forever. We have stopped going to this McDonalds.

Cold fries, ugh. Maybe it was just today but whoever is in the back preparing the food cannot read or doesn’t care - I don’t blame them, working a bad job for worse pay - but the order was a plain burger no sauce, but came fully sauced. Had to throw the whole thing out, cool waste of money. Thanks!

Left out a Med. fry. Got a double quarter pounder that both patties were off the bun if you can believe it inside the box. No straws with order and one single napkin. Figures..... same as the last time..... six months ago.... Order 1554 10/20/2020 incase anyone actually reads this from the store...

Poor service. Asked for a coffee mixed half and half with hot water, was told no, they don't do that, so had to buy a separate cup of hot water for $1.00. Ordered two bagels with steak and eggs. One had no cheese, the other had two slices of cheese. Both had mayo sauce and both tasted terrible. Bagels were old and dry.
