This is first McDonalds I've been to which doesn't give free refills on beverages like soda or tea. When I ordered a cup of ice, no problem getting large cup of ice. Asked for refill on ice from another employee & she acted like I was breaking their rules.

I’m surprised! This was the first McDonald’s I’ve seen that looked clean and nice. The service was a solid 5 out of 5, and the food was delicious too. Everything was as pleasant as it could be. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is one of cleanest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. I watched the kitchen scramble to get orders ready, then promptly clean their work area. Customer service was excellent. Food hot and fresh. No complaints here.

In dining experience you should really be aware of “it’s not what you say but how you say it” the way the shift manager carried herself was very unprofessional and the food was cold for the amount of time i waited is completely unacceptable

Just to listen in customer service for this particular McDonald’s branch when a customer shows up to your restaurant with a receipt and he says hello I have a complaint. This is the second time I come to this branch with a receipt and tell you guys you messed up my order here’s my receipt, remake it again and instead of saying, we’re sorry what kind of sandwich would you like and what kind of drink You’re supposed to remake the order just the moment the customer says I have a complaint, but I have it with a receipt saying to you guys I came twice to this branch and you made my order twice incorrectly, and I paid for the order twice. However, there is several other McDonald’s branches around me. I’m never coming to this location again that being said, there was a manager in duty, but instead the drive-through decided to say I can’t help you please come in. You have to speak to any manager and you have to call ahead. No I’m there in person with a receipt, remake my order as simple as that.
