everybody goes to McDonald's to use the Wi-Fi and kind of chill and be amongst their peers but this group of employees don't seem to really like that as much so just if you go to this location be sure to get your food and plan on leaving as soon as possible

Went through the drive thru and it was ok. The line moved quickly and the workers were friendly. I had a breakfast sandwich, sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle. It was warm and fresh.

As a DoorDash driver, my experiences with this location, more specifically the drive-thru, are that of lengthy delays, sometimes up to and exceeding 30 minutes. Sometimes, the employee managing the drive-thru will tell me to pull forward, and the employee at the pick-up windows will tell me that my DoorDash pick-up is either not ready, has already been picked up, or isn't on their roster, usually after already waiting up to 30 minutes.

This McDonald's is usually very busy, and a little bit slow service when they are busy. Otherwise, they are pretty good and decent attitudes. Nothing super special, but not a horrible experience everytime like the 17301 Meridian McDonald's, which is by far the worst food experience ever, every single time!!!

I went to 72nd Street McDonald's this Sunday before the Seahawks game and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with no pickle and two cheeseburger meal with only cheese on the sandwich. After waiting 15 minutes and the curbside pickup for my order to be brought out, they finally bring it out. I checked in the bag to make sure everything was there. Thought we were good to go. Headed back to the house. Got there bit into my double quarter pounder with cheese and there was a piece of paper in the sandwich. So I called back in and the manager I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant. Very apologetic about what had happened. Ask me if I could come in. I came in to get my money back. I don't. This place has horrible service and the food has stuff in it?? So when I get back to the restaurant I'm walking in and a manager that looks to be walking out leaving or going on break or something asked me if I was the person that called in and I was like yes and I explained to her what had happened and she tells me all right and kind of disgruntled like I've done something wrong. So I'm like look you know I I brought the sandwich didn't expect to be have paper in it and I asked her what the paper was. She explained to me that that was paper that they packed the meat in when they ship it so they won't stick together and somebody must have not seen it. When they put the burger on the grill they put the burger on the grill. Cook the burger dressed a burger with cheese, onion, mustard, ketchup on top of the paper and still didn't see it is what she said just just this place is horrible. I don't know why McDonald's keeps this restaurant open. The manager I spoke with at the restaurant act like I had done something wrong for spending my money and their restaurant and getting something with something that wasn't supposed to be in the burger. The only thing I could think that would be worse would be a body part it's just in the burger. Just horrible, horrible service. The atmosphere inside the place is bad. Horrible service! From both staff and management! Ordered two happy meals on the app, had to wait 30min as the manager was “working on it” and claimed the ticket had been “lost.” Such a joke!

The customer service is 1-10 sad ...
Takes 30+ minutes to go thru the drive through, and then they never get my order right. I ordered sweet tea, got unsweet tea. I order extras on my burger, they gave me 1 extra and not all 3. Its not rocket science. The wait I can suffer through, but at least give me what I'm paying for!!
Edit: 2 months later, still getting my orders wrong. I order the same thing every time. They put the modification sticker on, but give me a completely different product. For the love of God, have some common sense and take some pride in your work. Stop giving me incorrect food hoping I won't complain. I want what I paid for. Nothing more, nothing less.

To the drive through workers. Ridiculous attitudes every one, especially the 2 girls on the mic, “is that all, is that all, is that all” “what else” I would’ve been fired with the snottiness your met with by the workers here if that’s how I acted at my place of business
