I stopped for a fun surprise snack for me and my wife. All I wanted was 2 medium fries..and that cost me..wait for it....$8.46!!!! Really!!!!!!

And who's idea was it to bulldoze the old structure. That made great use of the lot space. And re build a new one all the way on the other side of the lot..and have the drive thru dump out directly in front of the entrance? Sooo how exactly am I supposed to turn a larger car that sharp and not be in the way if the other lane? And get slammed when ppl turn in as they are not paying attention. Oh no I have to drive all the way around the Lot for the other entrance. And I hope I can pull out. As there's a light there and traffic builds up past the McDonald's.

Food was Luke warm and burger was all hardend and my fries were all soggy and the drink was totally flat so the whole experience was not good. I wish i could have just gotten what I came for a decent burger and fries with a nice fizzy soda and not at room temperature.

How disappointing I was so hungry to and I waisted like 20$ on some food that i feel like was straight up grabbed out of the garbage can and give it to the customers that's the quality of food I literally got from this place.

I am going to call and complain because I kept my receipt copy I don't wanna come off like a total Karen but I was hungry dang it and that was very much a let down just seeing how hard and gross my burger was when I opened the wrapping.

Never go to this location. Workers are scrambling w their heads cut off.
Approved my order but their ice cream machine is down …. Tried to cancel on app but then since “it’s already being prepped, you cannot cancel” every one’s mad because they can’t figure it tf out

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order this morning around 9:00 am. It wasn’t ready for pick up until after 10:30 am and when I went to pick it up they said they couldn’t do the breakfast even though I placed it early and they said it was ready. The lady at the first window didn’t even open the window to talk to me. I called to talk to a manager about it and they were very unprofessional and rude. They had a snobby attitude that just wasn’t it. How are you going to say my breakfast order that I put in an hour before breakfast ended was ready but then say you can’t make it? I wasn’t even really upset about my order not being made I was more upset at the rudeness of the people. Y’all chose to work there. Don’t take it out on paying customers cause you having a bad day.

This is one of the worst place to do a takeout. Slow in service in curbside/drive-through/table-service. If there was a -5 rating I would do that. Poor service

This place is so bad. I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 mins and haven’t even gotten to order!!

Edit3/2/25: (2 years later) this place is always packed and understaffed. I ordered online and from that time till I got to the window was 30mins and they still didn’t have my food ready. The schedulers need to do better.
Double edit: (same night) 3/2/25 kid brings me food then has a serious attitude when my order wasn’t right.

Every time I order a frappe it's never made right or the same at all. (Large Caramel Frappe Add Oreo Extra Caramel and Regular Chocolate special request blend again when they don't make it right they don't put in Oreo if the make it right there is either Oreo added on top or not and it does not taste the same or there is ice shards so big and Sharp they cut the straws apart so you can't drink it not to mention some of the front counter people are rude and you will be waiting to order from a human forever then your food 36 minutes for a frappe and two double cheese burgers

Been in line 28 minutes and still have 7 cars in front of me. Started with 12 cars so 5 cars in 29 minutes now. Always slow here and had my window knocked on twice by homeless while in line. This is stupid. 30 minutes and 7 of 12 cars still in front of me. 32 minutes 6 cars, I'm still 6 back. Bruuutalll. 50 minutes in line. I could have driven and got real food. Who owns this store? We go to McDonald's because it's quick.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The customer service was poor; the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t pay attention to our requests. The food we received was not what we ordered, and when we tried to point it out, they simply ignored us.

It’s frustrating to pay for a service and receive such mediocre treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s until they improve their customer service and take more care with orders.
