I am extremely disappointed that the larger company of McDonald's has not intervened more at this store. It is 10pm and the inside and curbside orders are closed but this store still cannot manage the flow in the drive through. Currently 45 minutes into what will likely be a 1.5 hour wait for my mobile order pickup. I will not be supporting McDonald's again until my neighborhood's locations gets gets the support it deserves

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s ever. I come here often for lunch because it’s so close to my work but they’ve just been getting worst to the point I won’t be back. Every single time I get the same thing. The #3. They make me park. every. single. time. I wait at least 10 minutes. The line moves so slow it’s unbelievable. Today there’s was 3 cars in each line I decided to join the one on the left. I heard and watched the line on the right take orders from 5 cars. While I sat there and waited for someone to assist the left side. Finally I said “hello?????!” And a girl answered and said hold on. I waited another few minutes finally took my order and of course they had me park. I got to McDonald’s at 12:17 and left at 12:49. And yes I have the mobile app and yes I’ve ordered ahead of time to pick up thru the drive thru and they still have me park and/or wait. There’s also a lot of homeless people at this location. Sitting in the parking lot, at the front door, and walking thru the drive thru. All in all just a horrible place.

Yikes this is my first time visiting this McDonald's when I got to the drive-thru there were 16 cars ahead of me. Not a big deal McDonald's is typically known for moving fast.
I waited 14 minutes and in 14 minutes not one single car moved. Not even the people at the boxes who were getting visibly upset. There was all kinds of people jumping out of line because it was taking so long there was a fender bender because the parking lot is all backed up. This was on August 3rd around 8:45 p.m. Im not sure what was going on internally or why they were so backed up but maybe if you're going to be that backed up, just close your drive-thru. The parking lot is an unsafe mess because they are so backed up.

I always use the drive thru and the app. Today there were three cars in each drive thru lane, and I waited 37 minutes to pick up my order of two drinks (i couldn't get out of line because there wee cars behind me). It's so disappointing as it is the closest to my home. Is there not enough staff? I see lots of employees in there. Is there trouble with the equipment? I just don't get it.

I stopped for a fun surprise snack for me and my wife. All I wanted was 2 medium fries..and that cost me..wait for it....$8.46!!!! Really!!!!!!

And who's idea was it to bulldoze the old structure. That made great use of the lot space. And re build a new one all the way on the other side of the lot..and have the drive thru dump out directly in front of the entrance? Sooo how exactly am I supposed to turn a larger car that sharp and not be in the way if the other lane? And get slammed when ppl turn in as they are not paying attention. Oh no I have to drive all the way around the Lot for the other entrance. And I hope I can pull out. As there's a light there and traffic builds up past the McDonald's.

Food was Luke warm and burger was all hardend and my fries were all soggy and the drink was totally flat so the whole experience was not good. I wish i could have just gotten what I came for a decent burger and fries with a nice fizzy soda and not at room temperature.

How disappointing I was so hungry to and I waisted like 20$ on some food that i feel like was straight up grabbed out of the garbage can and give it to the customers that's the quality of food I literally got from this place.

I am going to call and complain because I kept my receipt copy I don't wanna come off like a total Karen but I was hungry dang it and that was very much a let down just seeing how hard and gross my burger was when I opened the wrapping.

Never go to this location. Workers are scrambling w their heads cut off.
Approved my order but their ice cream machine is down …. Tried to cancel on app but then since “it’s already being prepped, you cannot cancel” every one’s mad because they can’t figure it tf out

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order this morning around 9:00 am. It wasn’t ready for pick up until after 10:30 am and when I went to pick it up they said they couldn’t do the breakfast even though I placed it early and they said it was ready. The lady at the first window didn’t even open the window to talk to me. I called to talk to a manager about it and they were very unprofessional and rude. They had a snobby attitude that just wasn’t it. How are you going to say my breakfast order that I put in an hour before breakfast ended was ready but then say you can’t make it? I wasn’t even really upset about my order not being made I was more upset at the rudeness of the people. Y’all chose to work there. Don’t take it out on paying customers cause you having a bad day.
