We've been customers of Medzo since they had their shop in Burien and it's the best gelato I've had since Italy . It's so flavorful and they have a bunch of delicious varieties. Great service too! We even had their gelato as our wedding dessert and it was a hit!

They use the highest quality ingredients and provide excellent service. If I lived closer to this place, I’d be here more often than is good for me ? Highly recommend!

What a great treat in Tacoma! I found a new favorite gelato flavor in their rice (Riso) gelato to pair with a straciatella, while my partner enjoyed a classic pistachio with cherry balsamic. The owners are always sweet and I love the ambience they set as I eat my gelato.

I adore the mint chocolate chip gelato here but if you come in by yourself, they treat you like you are invisible. This is the second time. They tried to serve the people behind me first. I am not coming back.

Walked in and felt like I was in the right place. I asked the owner, "What size is 4 flavors?" She said, "A large." I said, "I'll take a large." She said, "Perfect." I agreed. Medzo is PERFECT! Mixed berry, pear-ginger, salted carmel, and pistachio. Medzo I'm very glad you're here.

The gelato itself is pretty good, but the guy plays games when he's serving it. He will press the gelato against the side of the cup to create an air pocket at the bottom. This makes it looks full but there's still some missing at the bottom. He'll even add a little theater and act like he's really packing it in lol. Come on man, I'm already paying $10 for a little cup, the least you could do is fill it properly.
