Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I used to love getting my own mix of frozen yogurt. I got maybe 1/2 a cup today with a couple tablespoons of mixes. 5 bucks plus tax. No longer worth it and won't ever be back.

Went to the store last night about 25 minutes before closing, the employees were cleaning when we got there, but they took our order of 8 ice creams (two purchases). The employees cleaned off the tables and stacked the chairs so we couldn’t sit inside. My party went outside and ate in the rain, using a couple tables outside. The employee then came outside and took those tables as well! Two parties came in after my group and similarly were unable to have a seat or table.
While I know that employees should attempt to get ready if there is a lull before closing to do so to the detriment of the customers was disappointing.

It’s cute and froyo taste good, but there is always something wrong with one or more of their options. I brought it up to the worker behind the desk and she said “it’s frozen so it won’t come out” made no sense to me! After that we barely go once a month now and found a better place.

Natsai was so helpful!

I came in close to closing time. It was my first time here. A young lady was nice and talked me through how it works. And it did simple vanilla with cheesecake cake and strawberry toppings. It was $7. Over all good experience and I thought it was tasty too.

Got really excited when I found out from the app that Menchie's Frozen Yogurt didn't close until 10pm. Walked up to the open door at 9:47....and the lights immediately shut off. I didn't even bother to say anything to the 2 employees who saw me in the doorway. I'm sure by then, the machines were already off. Google says they'd actually closed at 9. Oh well. I'll try again tomorrow.

customer service was horrible. no one greeted or said anything & had an attitude with me my mom & little brother after being so nice to them! smh

The place is nice but the ice cream/frozen yogurt is absolutely disgusting, and the price is ridiculous for such cheap product , if you want a good gelato or ice cream go to an authentic place , something hand made and not this garbage

So happy they have vegan options!!!! Vegan cake batter was so good! The worker was sweet and they keep the place looking spotless. I really wish the yogurt places closer to me were identical to this one.

6/15we went in at 8:35, they close at 9. usually i won’t go into a place 30 mins before closing but i figured it’s a froyo place so we’ll be in and out quick. the open sign was off so we were confused, but door wasn’t locked so we went in. the two employees, one a guy and the other a girl, didn’t even acknowledge us. if a customer goes into a store and can’t tell if said store is open or closed there’s an issue in customer service. the guy had his back turned to us, and the girl didn’t even look up. we stood there for a couple seconds and finally asked if they were open. the guy looked at us as if we are d*** and just said yes. okay…..would rather make the drive to lacey or puyallup than go to this location again.
