My husband and I lived in the apartment complex right next to this parking lot where this restaurant was located, so of course we tried most of the restaurants that were right there. This pho restaurant was recommended by a friend, so naturally we were excited to try it.
I had never had bad pho before, and never have I had it since, but when I tell you their broth was watery and sour, and the most off putting pho experience I’ve ever had in my life, what I mean is,
We have not lived in that apartment complex or eaten at this restaurant since 2019. We do not even live in Washington anymore. But when we ordered from our local pho establishment last night and were relishing the experience, and made the comment “have you ever had subpar pho, or is it always this good,” both of our eyes bugged out of our heads as we collectively remembered the experience of eating this rancid, disgusting food more than half a decade ago and shivered in horror like it was yesterday.
I’m so glad this restaurant is currently temporarily closed, but should they ever open again, DONT GO.

My family has been going to Minji’s for 23 years, we have never had a bad or negative experience in the 23 years we’ve gone.They always knew our order by heart, even when I would go by myself and not my parents. The ladies always greeted us with smiles and excellent service.We will miss the pho, the boba and the experience of Minji’s. P.S., literally the best boba in existence that will never be topped. We hope to see you all again soon if you ever reopen!

I've been eating there for years. Tasty pho. Great staff.Update.2.23.24 This place is now a sushi restaurant .I was devastated to see this family no longer serve Pho. You were the only pho place I ate in the 20+ years I lived in WA... you guys are sorely missed.If Minji ever opens up another shop,please ? let us know.

One of the best broth for Pho, this side of Washington state. I rarely find a place that is absolutely perfect broth balance. I will forever miss this place, since they're not closed. If I could find a place that is as great as this one, I'd be thankful. Thank you for your service!!
