Today was my first visit to this establishment and the customer service was HORRIBLE! The two African Americans that work there were completely rude, the two white people were very nice and had very good customer service. I’ll never be back to this establishment. I will be trying to contact the owner and let him know that he has terrible people with 0 customer service working here.

Usually service is better but Mod makes walk in customers wait while they fill app orders. Saturday we stood at the counter waiting for an unusually long time while they made pizzas and salads for online orders. May have been short staffed but not very friendly. When I went to pay, the person walked away and started another order without giving me a receipt or drink cups and never came back. Finally able to get the other girl to come to the register. Grandson Finally able to reach over the counter and get our cups. We have been regulars in the past but haven't been going as often.

There is no point in ordering online if you expect to be back to work at a reasonable time... easily 15+ minutes passed estimated time. Even when they aren't busy this takes place. It would have been waayyy faster to just sit in the line today. I've seen at least 5 people go through the line and get their pizza in the 25 minutes that I've been here. I'm pretty religious with going here but this is getting bad... my office might have to pass on any mod pizza cravings.

Honestly this used to be a great place when we first moved to the area three years ago. We would order online and never had to wait more than 5 minutes longer than the estimated time once we arrived. I’m not sure what happened, but in the past year every single time we order, even if we arrive after the time we’re told it will be ready, we have to wait 15-30 minutes before our order is ready.

Super impressed with the staff - I came in with about 10 women just as the lunch rush was about to start. The women working were calm, polite, accurate and quickly worked through our big party and the rush.This was my first visit, and it was super clean, the food was good. My favorite thing was the little dessert cakes... Yummy!Shout out to the manager who checked in with me to see if our party was happy with the food - a level of customer service that really impressed me. I didn't expect that here.

Your typical MOD Pizza experience here. A good location for those with children coming back from the park or zoo. There are times when it's a hit and miss but overall, from a parent standpoint, it's far less stressful than dining in at a more formal restaurant or a fast food place.
Straight up best experience ever. Food was extremely fresh when I arrived for pickup, I had a weird request to draw a duck on the inside lid of one of the boxes, and they accommodated!! Josh and Kyron are HIM ?

Stood in line for 45 minutes. Waited for food for 45 minutes. Pizza was basically a cracker with tomato sauce and fixings. Not even mid. One of our party waited for his food for an hour. The rest of us had already finished eating and his food wasn’t even ready. We left without his food. The employees behind the counter were unmotivated and slow. Also the soda fountain only had Dr. Pepper. Everything else was carbonated water.

It took almost an hour to wait in line to be served, then I waited for over an hour for my pizza. They told me it was coming soon then the ones employee working put it in the wrong order and i didnt receive it. The other employees were just standing there, one watching football, while the one emplyee struggled to stay ahead. After waiting even longer for my pizza I had to leave without it. Was there for over two hours and got no food.
