I was excited to have a MOD closer to my house, but I was pretty disappointed. From the time I ordered my food online (said it’d be ready in 13 mins) and actually got it in my hands was 29 minutes. It was really frustrating to sit there and wait the regular amount of time as the purpose of online ordering is to have it ready when you get there. The tables were dirty. I wasn’t welcomed when I walked in the door like I am EVERY time at every other location. And the crust was SO thin, almost translucent. I couldn’t even hold it up to take a bite because it was so flimsy. Hopefully they’ll get better with time because it was not a good first experience.

we waited in line for 20 minutes with only 2 families of 3 in front of us JUST to order. Then another 5 minutes to pay and another 25 for our food. Food was good and tasted like any other MOD but it was unbelievably slow service for a not busy thursday evening.

The staff was moving so slowly it almost felt intentional. I’m not usually one to complain about slow service, especially if a restaurant is busy but they were not busy at all (especially for a Friday night) truly they just had zero sense of urgency.

Poor attitude from the staff. Watching them butcher pizzas as they throw them in the oven is painful. Hot pizzas sitting unboxed. Gotta be one of the worst mod locations that exist

Pizza's delicious... Price is fair... Only thing I don't like is the fact that they try to get you to tip their employees when they go to ring you up You're staring at a screen that's asking you to tip 15 to 20 to 30% while the employee stands there and looks at you like please tip me cuz my employer doesn't pay me anything. It's a damn shame that they have to guilt us into paying their employees wages for them. And it's Even more shameful that the general public should care about their financial well-being more than their own employer who they are there making the money for does.

This makes it so easy for my kids to get exactly what they want without any hassle or extra charges.Another aspect I love is the variety of sauces available for the top of the pizza. The finishing sauces add an extra layer of flavor and customization, ensuring each pizza is unique and tailored to individual tastes. My kids enjoy experimenting with different combinations, making every visit fun and different.The only downside for me is that I feel MOD Pizza is a little overpriced. While the quality and customization options are fantastic, the price point is a bit high compared to other pizza places. I rarely ever complain about food or customer service. I’ve always been the type to give the benefit of the doubt and just move on but in this instance it was just ridiculous. I ordered the Dominic pizza which comes with tomato, onion, sausage, and basil. The pizza came out and I opened the box and double checked it and saw that the sausage and basil was missing. So i went to the front and told the employee that the toppings were missing. Her response was “I can put the sausage on there if you want” I said yes thinking that she’d put it on then put it in the oven again for a little bit just to get the sausage warmed up but no she just threw it on there cold. Then I asked about the basil and she goes “we’re “out” but i can go to the back and cut some for you if you want” At that point i didn’t want cold basil along with my cold sausage so i just said no and left. My main issue is the customer service. The correct response should’ve been “I’m sorry we can go ahead and remake that pizza for you” instead of putting cold toppings on it *which i’m sure isn’t what you’re supposed to do* and then make it seem like it would be an inconvenience to go cut some basil that i paid for. I used to work in the pizza industry and we would never put cold toppings on someone’s pizza if we forgot it. Do Better.
