One of my favorite pizzas in Tacoma. The crust was soft and not that typical stuff you have to knaw and rip at. Almost impossible to find a decent pizza anymore. Thanks!

I've been a long time customer, and I went in tonight and picked up an order I placed online. The portion sizes have never been disappointing but tonight was an all time low. Not sure I will be back considering what I paid versus what I received. S.M.H.

Awesome salads that are full of fresh veggies. Pasta was amazing and good proportions. Tiramisu might just be the best in town. They don't skimp on your wine either!

I decided to treat myself with some takeout. I was craving gnocchi and wings. I finally found a place on my way home. I ordered online and made sure they had "curbside pickup" posted. Now I wouldn't of ordered unless they had curbside pickup because it is hard to juggle a 19mo old that's 28lbs and teething. She can't wear a mask and is just in a bad mood.I already paid online and called the restaurant for the curbside service. I get this lady who, I would say, might be new in the industry? Sounded condescending in tone. She slurs her words answering the phone. Seems aloof and such. Ask her for the curbside service. She says they do not offer such a thing. I told her Im in parking lot and will be inside in a minute. Im peeved, Im genuinely nice and don't want to be a KAREN (sorry for all those named Karen ).I take my grumpy daughter out and while she's irritated I go inside. Seeing the lady I talk to her and even though I literally just told her I was in the parking lot and I will be in.. in a moment... she proceeds to ask me what my name was. I told her 3-5 times very clearly and what my order was. I also showed her on the website says "curbside pickup" was on there and if they had a change of policy they need to update the website. At this point my daughter is getting fussy. The lady brings me my food. She puts it on a table and walks away. We live in the day of the Covid so I shrugged it off and went along my merry way.It smelt sooo good on the drive. I finally get home. I prepare my daughters food and we sit down for some dinner. She is skeptical but tries it and loves gnocchi in rose sauce (first time trying this). Shes in a better mood (Tylenol helps) and I eat several wings with my gnocchi.I finish my meal and clean her up. Im starting to sweat and just don't feel right. Within 30 mins of finishing my meal I projectile vomit. Maybe an upset tummy? Now my insides are cramping and I run to the bathroom. Out both ends. I take my temp... its 98.6F. I have now come to the conclusion that its food poisoning. My mommy senses kick in and I crawl to my daughter. She is laughing and watching "Coco Lemon". Came to another conclusion that it was the wings. She didn't have any wings. I try and contact the restaurant via their website with no avail. The "Contact Us" part of the website has an error. At least my kid isn't sick. Im going to sit on the couch with a bucket and wrapped in a blanket. Im starting to shiver now.I usually never write bad reviews for anyplace. If I have an issue, I try and resolve it with the business directly. In this case, the lady at the counter had bad customer service and the website had no point of contact. If the manager/owner from the restaurant sees this... please contact me. Thank You.

Really expensive for pretty gross food. Marinara tastes extremely metallicy and everything else was so bland. Somehow, and I really have no idea how, the cheesy bread tastes fishy. For the price, you should expect much higher quality. Both my husband and I didn't even touch our meals after a couple of bites and each were like 17$. For 17$ we could have gotten old spaghetti factory, which would have been better quality, and also come with bread, salad, and ice cream. Don't even bother with this place

Picked up a DoorDash delivery here so this is just on service and packaging of Togo orders. I went in and said “do you have a DoorDash order for *guest name*” as I do for every order. She repeats what I said in a questioning way, not to clarify the name but just criticizing how I asked for the order, giving me a hard time I don’t know why. She says “oh I thought you said *repeats exactly what I said” and I say “yes do you have that order?” And she gives a condescending yes let me grab it. Just odd. The food was in a small pizza box that won’t close all the way and another small box so I say “can I have a bag” and she says “you should have a bag”. Again weird. Yes I have a hot bag but I don’t carry around bags to hold the food in. For just going in to pick up an order that was ready it was a bad experience. I would not recommend supporting this business. There are many other business owner that value every customer and don’t demean people at first chance.

I ordered the Rosemary Chicken Ravioli via Uber Eats! It came quickly and the dish smelled great! I ate the 1st ravioli and although tasty there wasn’t any chicken! So I moved all the ravioli thinking maybe the chicken was underneath and there wasn’t any chicken! I then opened all the ravioli and none of it had visible chicken! I called the restaurant explaining my concern and the rude owner proceeded to tell me they have never had complaints before, that indeed there is chicken although these are ordered from elsewhere and not made in house..I assured her that although tasty I didn’t pay $20 for pasta and cheese and that I either expected some pieces of chicken underneath or mixed into the ravioli like beef ravioli...She continued to cut me off and insist that maybe the chicken is ground chicken...As you can see from the pik it’s not any chicken..maybe the cheese or ravioli Is chicken flavoured and I hung up! I requested my refund from Uber years and because I now had to leave my home to get food I politely went and dropped this food off as I was livid at how she talked to me...Needless to say I will never eat here again ??‍♀️

The worst experience! It's like they don't care what kind of food they are putting out at all. Ordered a $15 Italian Sub and THIS is what I get. The bread was burnt and the meat and cheese was paper thin. Worst meal ever. On top of it, I asked for viniagrette dressing on the sandwich and they tried to upcharge me $5. And they never put it on the sandwich anyhow. NEVER AGAIN. This place has no love for their cooking and it shows.

We were looking for pizza and salad, so decided to give Mona's a try. Although there was nothing super terrible about it, I don't foresee myself returning. We placed our order online. It was ready in about 20 minutes, which is super fair. The young man who greeted me when I got there was not very friendly at all, unfortunately. I actually wished I hadn't pre-tipped. We had ordered a Quattro formaggio pizza and a side salad. I requested two different dressings on the side, and when I got there, I asked him about the dressing just to double check. He assured me they were in there. I got home and there were two bleu cheese dressings. So annoying, since I asked before leaving. The pizza was fine, but just tasted like any average cheese pizza. There was not fresh mozzarella. Just a lot of cheese. Also, the salad says mixed greens, but it was just romaine or maybe their mixed greens is iceberg and romaine. Who knows. Anyhow, now that I'm writing this, I'm wondering if I should give it one star. By the way, there was one woman leaving as I got there, but otherwise, no other customers. No reason to get anything wrong.

They have some of the best pizza in Tacoma!!! We have been ordering strictly to-go since Covid, and our orders are always perfect. They are always so kind when we go in.
