I’ve been to small, local owned teriyaki places and I never expect a lot. Usually I just want large portions and decent food. The portions here were okay, not large. We ordered the spicy chicken ramen that wasn’t spicy and flavor was mid. I loveeee Thai tea so I got one of those. It ended up being blended? It didn’t even have that as an option on the menu that I saw. It tasted more like just sugar, ice and a little milk tea flavor. No Thai tea taste at all. Then I got the Mongolian beef. The beef felt like it had almost no beef to it, like the coating was super thick. Also almost no veggies in it, which usually I wouldn’t complain about having more beef but it was not good. Also the guy said it would be a 15-20min wait, we ended up waiting a half hour. He also seemed like he was the only one there and had to cook too. Wasn’t particularly welcoming or helpful.Overall I’ve never written a review for a teriyaki place before, but it was kinda expensive and I felt like it should’ve at least have been good for $40 for two entrees and a drink.

The service was a little weird. The person working the front counter was outside on the phone when I got there, paused their phone call and followed me in to take my order, then went right back outside to talk on the phone. It felt very rushed, and I felt like I was interrupting. The food was okay. The Chicken Yakisoba was pretty oily. I asked for it to be spicy, and it wasn't at all. The Miso Soup is yummy.

I literally base a lot of the experience on the service. Very brief and short with us. We wanted to dine in, but felt unwelcomed. Asked for napkins and was told they have none. Now we sit in a parking lot eating our food, don't think we'll ever go back. The young man with the blonde hair needs customer service training.

Possibly the best Yakisoba I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back to try more on the menu!

2nd time picking up food from Monster Terriyaki. Drove by a couple of times while they were preparing to open. Food is really tasty, I’ve tried the chicken and pork Terriyaki, the short ribs, and the wonton soup. All very good! Looking forward to trying their ramen next. This has become my goto spot for tasty weeknight dinner.
